Mesi fa, entrata per chiedere informazioni sul rinnovo del contratto, ed hanno invece tentato, con un'insistenza esagerata, di farmi sottoscrivere il contratto SKy Wi-fi. Più recentemente, dopo essermi informata che fosse possibile (c/o lo Sky service di Via Cola di Rienzo - fuori zona rispetto alla mia abitazione, ma decisamente professionali e gentili), ho tentato la restituzione del vecchio apparato (sostituito con lo Sky Q) in Via Gallia, ovviamente con esito negativo: secondo loro il mio decoder (senza nemmeno degnarsi di verificare il mio contratto) era restituibile solo a chiusura contratto. Sono tornata quindi c/o lo Sky service di Via Cola di Rienzo, la cui operatrice, confermando quanto preannunciato la settimana precedente, mi ha regolarmente ritirato il vecchio decoder, consegnandomi la relativa ricevuta. Conclusione: per quanto mi riguarda questo Sky Service è del tutto inutile. I voted with one star, only because none is not possible. Months ago, I entered to ask for information on the renewal of the contract, and they instead tried, with exaggerated insistence, to get me to sign the SKy Wi-fi contract. More recently, after having informed myself that it was possible (at the Sky service in Via Cola di Rienzo - outside the area from my home, but definitely professional and kind), I tried to return the old device (replaced with the Sky Q) in Via Gallia, obviously with a negative result: according to them my decoder (without even deigning to verify my contract) was returnable only when the contract was closed. I then went back to the Sky service in Via Cola di Rienzo, whose operator, confirming what had been announced the previous week, regularly collected the old decoder from me, handing me the relative receipt. Conclusion: as far as I'm concerned this Sky Service is completely useless.
