Come esperienza personale, non sono mai riuscito ad avere un livello, per lo meno soddisfacente e tanto meno di mio gradimento sotto il profilo professionale, da parte di nessuno degli specialisti consultati. Che sia una caratteristica di questa ASL? Ma solo dalle macchine fuoriserie di classe si possono tollerare caratterisiche, anche negative o no? E cosa direbbe in proposito Francesco Totti dal murale della facciata della vicina palazzina, se fosse consultato? Nell'attesa mi è capitato di avere bisogno del bagno e con meraviglia ho trovato dei servizi puliti e profumati. Una macchinetta del caffè/merendine. Gentilezza e cortesia. L'8 Maggio ancora non era aperto, per le analisi del sangue urgenti bisogna andare a Via Nocera Umbra. È un disservizio vergognoso e grave, immaginate persone anziane che devono fare le analisi per motivi oncologici e che per motivi di difficoltà motoria non possono arrivare fino a Nocera Umbra. Il peggio è che nessuno si degna di informare i pazienti su quando aprirà. Aggiornamento della recensione al 06 Aprile 2021. Ad oggi, dopo circa un anno dall'inizio della pandemia COVID-19, la situazione per il servizio dei prelievi è molto migliorata. Le persone devono prenotare attraverso il call center il giorno e l'orario, una volta arrivati non c'è nessuna fila, poche persone ad attendere e il servizio è veloce. Finisco in bellezza raccontando dell'ortopedico che,nonostante la mia situazione mi ha negato la visita precedentemente saldata con aspettativa di euro 20,66 dicendomi che il mio caso non era di sua competenza(per la cronaca non mi sono neanche spogliato del cappotto).ma la cosa più grave è che a detta di alcuni miei conoscenti(persone anziane!)non sono stato il primo caso di negligenza!. Per gli altri servizi offerti non posso recensire,in quanto non usufruiti. Absolutely to avoid!
