★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno dato false informazioni circa il prezzo di internet. Hanno detto che era la tassa per attivare la linea di 25 €, ma in realtà nel bollettino sono 50 €. Non mi hanno detto che l'IVA non è incluso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passata a Wind. Non mi è stata attivata l'offerta da me chiesta anzi nessuna offerta pago le chiamata e la navigazione sono molto arrabbiata. Anzi mi sento truffata. E quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno risposto in maniera molto sgarbata. Tornerò al mio vecchio gestore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto poco trasparenti. Pur di prendere una nuova cliente un operatore del negozio ha mentito spudoratamente a mia madre. Le hanno cambiato l’anagrafica per agganciarla alla mia offerta promettendole che dopo un mese si sarebbe potuta intestarle la sim di nuovo a se stessa. FLASO. Abbiamo scoperto tramite il 159 che Se lo fa perde l’offerta vantaggiosa per la quale si è convinta a passare a Wind. Inoltre quello del negozio le ha anche mentito più volte dicendole che doveva far prima passare un mese e fare la prima ricarica per cambiare l’anagrafica, ma ciò in realtà serviva solo per far passare i 30 giorni in cui lei poteva recedere gratuitamente dal contratto! Che meschinità. Sconsiglio vivamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono solo dei ladri, acquisto di un telefonino (vita di 3gg) con scontrino , lo riporto indietro perché presenta dei graffi (ricondizionato sicuramente) per farlo cambiare con altro modello nuovo e Immacolato pagando qualche differenza, la loro risposta è che non si può fare perché l azienda non glielo permette e di lasciarlo alla Samsung assistenza.....
andate da MEDIAWORLD, EURONICS, EXPERT, TRONY da loro se non piace ve lo cambiano senza prese per il cu*o
