★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unfriendly staff there is at the airport. No information about the service whatsoever. Instead of the supposed 1h to the city center you need to wait 50 minutes as they usually overbook their busses.
The staff was talking on the phone while we were talking to her and seemed like she doesnt care. No refund as well.
Just go the bus stations and buy your ticket there as its cheaper and there is no possibility that they are worse than this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used SIT twice and the bus left always on time (of course when you use it during rush hour you'll arrive a bit later).
The was was rather new, comfortable and very clean.
You can easily buy the tickets online and show the QR code to the driver.
The bus stop is easy to find if you type the address in google maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this bus once. Arrived a minute or two late. The location is staffed, which is nice. There are signs at the spot, too so you know you're in the right place. The bus arrived to the airport stop about 15-20 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, though. €6 per person. You can buy tickets at the stop though the staff member. Overall, worked out nicely, since we allowed ourselves plenty of extra time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our tickets at the bus stop. Friendly and helpful ticket sellers. Good value and comfortable ride through Rome to the airport. With Rome traffic better to get the bus prior to the one the timetable says will get you to the airport 2hrs before departure time and take any stress out of the trip.
