★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect! I booked online the day prior and received a price through emailwithin a few hours. There was a one-click confirmation. Super easy! Our driver Dominic was early and standing on the sidewalk to greet us. He was dressed in a suit. He helped with luggage, was friendly and courteous, and got us to FCO quickly. 50€ from Trastevere is only 2€ more than a taxi and much more professional. I highly recommend Rome Shuttle Service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a transfer from the airport to our rental and the driver was on time and extremely friendly. He provided a mini tour on our way to the rental and made some wonderful recommendations. We also needed transport from our rental to the pier and again everything was great. Making the arrangements was extremely easy and they were very communicative throughout the process and I would use them again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this company - they will ruin your trip to Rome.
My experience:
- Made a booking and agreed to pay by card.
- Travelling with group of elderly relatives so needed a van.
- Arrived at airport and waited 30 mins past agreed time.
- Called company and was told the driver was still stuck in traffic incident and would be another 30 minutes. But then told they would cancel. No apology.
- Awful communications and not telling the truth as the roads were normal.
- Left us stranded at hot airport for an hour. Had to make alternative arrangements.
- Ruined the start of the holiday.
Do not trust this company.

No problem with reorganising pick up when airline made late change to return flight. Very comfortable cars and friendly helpful drivers. Would use again for relaxing transfer. Definitely recommended

I was still nervous and didn't want to chance missing our early flight so I emailed again and they graciously confirmed again plus sent another confirmation the day before. The driver arrived 5 min early (4:10am) and was dressed in a suit and was very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My driver was fantastic, Marco. He showed up 5 minutes early. His car was clean and he kept the temperature cool. He was very professional. I also appreciated how he drives because he did not speed, as some Roman drivers do, and he was very pleasant to work with. I plan on using this company when I come back to Rome - it's easy, online, and they respond very quickly to e-mails if you have concerns. They also give you the number of the driver if there are any problems. I used this service from Termini Station to a hotel by Fiumicino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding and very responsive service! I booked four separate rides as my friends’ flights landed at/departed from Rome on different days and times. All the drivers were prompt, courteous, and the ultimate professionals. We felt very safe and comfortable with the way they drove through Rome’s insane traffic. The Mercedes vehicles were very clean and had that brand new feel and look. I absolutely recommend this service and would book with them again and again.
