★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato per un trasferimento da Fiumicino a Parkingo Ciampino. Causa volo cancellato ho contattato sia a Booking.com sia direttamente a Airport Shuttle Italy per cercare di modificare l'orario di arrivo del tassista per il mio nuovo ritorno a fiumicino. Nessuno è riuscito a soddisfare una richiesta così basilare. Sconsigliatissimo. Ho dovuto riprenotare 4 taxi per soddisfare le esigenze di 12 persone. Pessimi
 I booked for a transfer from Fiumicino to Ciampino Parking. Due to the canceled flight, I contacted both Booking.com and Airport Shuttle Italy directly to try to change the taxi driver's arrival time for my new return to Fiumicino. No one has been able to satisfy such a basic request. Not recommended. I had to rebook 4 taxis to meet the needs of 12 people. Bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous devions avoir une mercedes class business et nous avons eu une voiture Ford de 2010 qui est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport. Ca c’est honteux pour le prix et le service qui m’était à la base proposé. Le chauffeur est arrivé en retard à l’aéroport on a dû l’attendre aux arrivées. La conduite jusqu’à l’hôtel était calamiteuse. Téléphone au volant et excès de vitesse (140km/h au lieu de 90). Chauffeur en plus de ça désagréable et je me répète publicité mensongère quand à la voiture (ford de 2010) très déçu. Bref à éviter à tout prix
We had to have a mercedes class business and we had a 2010 Ford car that picked us up at the airport. That's shameful for the price and the service that was originally offered to me. The driver arrived late at the airport, we had to wait for him at arrivals. The drive to the hotel was calamitous. Phone while driving and speeding (140km/h instead of 90). Driver in addition to that unpleasant and I repeat false advertising when the car (2010 Ford) very disappointed. In short, avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this company to trasport my family and I from the airport FCO to Rome termini centrale. Not only did they not show up when I landed, they also were very rude on the phone when I asked for a refund. They also laughed at me on the phone, and said "you Americans want everything for free," when I asked why they never showed, they told me "sorry there's nothing I can do." I lost my money. Stay way from this company if you want to have a good time in Italy. They are the worst company to trust. I'm sorry I ever spent money on them. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING!! We had our transportation to the airport fall through at the last minute (22:00) and needed to find a way from Rome to the airport at 5am the next morning. We couldn’t get a hold of a taxi and Uber wouldn’t let us reserve a car (and was going to be 70€). We made a reservation online with Airport Shuttle Italy at 22:30 and hoped for the best. Sure enough, at 5:01 the next morning, Luca pulled up and took us straight to the airport for almost half the cost of an Uber. We’re going to use this service every time we come to Rome!! Thank you ?
