★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente dopo il passaggio di 3 tecnici Avevo messo una stella ma devo dire che grazie all'assistenza da parte del quarto tecnico ho voluto premiare il suo operato molto professionale e cortese. A volte basta una persona per fare la differenza!
Initially after the passage of 3 technicians I had put a star but I must say that thanks to the assistance from the fourth technician I wanted to reward his very professional and courteous work. Sometimes a person is enough to make a difference!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da tre mesi che aspettiamo il tecnico per effettuare il trasloco della linea telefonica, nonostante i quasi quotidiani solleciti a TIM. Abbiamo provato a contattare direttamente Sirti numerose volte ma non risponde mai nessuno.
We have been waiting for the technician for three months to move the telephone line, despite the almost daily requests from TIM. We have tried to contact Sirti directly numerous times but nobody ever answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 10.05.2018 i tecnici di questa ditta si sono permessi di entrare nella mia proprietà privata per passare un cavo per allacciare la fibra al mio vicino senza alcun avvertimento, dopo l'intervento dei carabinieri chiamati da mio marito, hanno ammesso di aver sbagliato e hanno promesso che avrebbero avvisato quando sarebbero venuti a posizionarlo. Da circa venti giorni il cavo è stato passato senza alcun avvertimento e anche questa volta ignorando che invadevano una proprietà privata. Cosa dire di questa ditta PESSIMA
On 10/05/2018 the technicians of this firm are allowed to enter my private property to pass a cable to connect the fiber to my neighbor without warning, after the intervention of the police called my husband, they admitted it was wrong and they promised that they would know when they would come to place it. For nearly twenty days, the cord was passed without any warning and once again ignoring invading private property. What about this company PESSIMA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto parecchie difficoltà a far uscire un tecnico il quale ha risolto il problema ma dimentica di dirci di riconfigurare i telefoni (lo scopriremo solo in seguito, grazie al 187). Ci ha lasciato 3 numeri da chiamare per eventuali problemi ai quali non risponde mai nessuno (provato per oltre una settimana a orari diversi). Il numero che compare su Google è sempre occupato se si chiama da fisso oppure "inesistente o momentaneamente non disponibile" se si chiama da cellulare.
We had a lot of difficulties getting a technician out who solved the problem but forgot to tell us to reconfigure the phones (we'll find out only later, thanks to the 187). He left three numbers to call for any problems which never one answers (tried for over a week at different times). The number that appears on Google is always busy if calling from a fixed or "non-existent or temporarily unavailable" if calling from mobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pronto a cambiarla ma se l'inizio è questo leverò anche la stella. sono stato contattato più volte per l'appuntamento di oggi dalle 10,30 alle 12,30; mi son dovuto prendere un giorno di ferie e alla fine non si è presentato nessuno............al numero da cui sono stato contattato sembra staccato!!! ma che modi sono, la tim dovrebbe affidarsi a partner più sicuri
Ready to change it but if this is the beginning I will also raise the star. I have been contacted several times for today's appointment from 10.30 to 12.30; I had to take a day off and in the end no one showed up ............ to the number from which I was contacted it seems detached !!! but what ways are they, tim should rely on safer partners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver aspettato un mese e mezzo per il trasloco della linea nella nuova abitazione lunedì 15/03 è uscito un tecnico non della sirti che mi ha portato e controllato la connessione nel box vicino a casa mia e poi ha passato la pratica alla sirti per far passare il cavo della linea dal box fino all’interno di casa mia ma la sirti ha preferito farmi andare ko la pratica senza uscire nemmeno grazie mille per il danno che mi avete causato.
After waiting a month and a half for the line to be moved to the new home, on Monday 15/03 a non-sirti technician came out who took me and checked the connection in the box near my house and then passed the procedure to sirti to make pass the cable of the line from the box to inside my house but the sirti preferred to let me go ko the practice without going out even thank you very much for the damage you have caused me.
