★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho parlato con un simpaticissimo ragazzo che è stato molto gentile e mi ha spiegato tutto quello che ho da fare con Google Play, e in che modo posso sbloccare il telefono e finalmente comprare OFFERTE degli giochi.
Non siamo riusciti sbloccare la RICARICA del telefono perché e stata bloccata da Google Play.
Questo simpaticissimo ragazzo si merita 1 miliardo di queste stelline per la sua gentilezza, ❤❤❤
 I spoke to a very nice guy who was very nice and explained everything I have to do with Google Play, and how I can unlock my phone and finally buy game DEALS.
We were unable to unlock the CHARGING of the phone because it was blocked by Google Play.
This very nice guy deserves 1 billion of these stars for his kindness, ❤❤❤

Mi sono poi recata al negozio Wind delle Corti Venete, gentili, cortesi, preparati, ho fatto tutto e uscita soddisfatta!
Found incompetence, rudeness and unprepared saleswoman on the new regulations. Customer service complaint submitted.
I then went to the Wind shop of the Venetian Courts, kind, courteous, prepared, I did everything and left satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior negozio che abbia mai trovato. Mi hanno fatto un nuovo contratto cambiando operatore a mia insaputa “KENA mobile” sto aspettando il mio contratto da un mese senza quindi godere delle nuove tariffe. Sto pagando ma ovviamente non sto usufruendo del servizio!!!
Chiedi risposte e non te ne danno. Lèggono i messaggi sul numero aziendale e non ti rispondono.
Nel 2022 impossibile avere internet e telefonare senza che dopo mezzo secondo cade la linea!!
Cambiate negozio.

Worst shop I've ever found. They made me a new contract by changing operator without my knowledge "KENA mobile" I have been waiting for my contract for a month without enjoying the new rates. I'm paying but obviously I'm not using the service !!!
Ask for answers and they won't give you any. They read the messages on the company number and do not answer you.
In 2022 it is impossible to have internet and make phone calls without the line falling after half a second !!
Change shop.
