THE OFFERS WRITTEN ON THE MENU WITH THE DISCOUNTED PRICES ARE NOT VALID, the guy at the counter doing the bill used the normal prices and even made us believe we were wrong by inventing excuses, decent food but first and last time.

Fattorino scortese e impaziente. Non raccomando a nessuno questo posto. Of 8 nuggets I only got 6. Old and thawed piadina with Nutella gone bad. No respect for delivery times. Bad quality / price ratio. Rude and impatient bellboy. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Il roller era spento e nonostante tutto mi hanno spellato l'ultima carne arrostita chissà quando...ok ho detto speriamo la scaldi sulla piastra insieme al panino..Invece? L'hanno mischiata in una vaschetta di plastica con già dell'altra carne dentro!! Poi hanno preso il panino che era già precotto e insieme alla carne hanno portato il tutto a scaldare in cucina..probabilmente in un microonde..faccio per pagare e indovina? 5,00€!!Faccio notare che sia sul listino appeso che sul volantino in esposizione sui tavoli il prezzo è di 4,50€!! Risposta?quello prezzo è vecchio!! Insomma per un panino che ho buttato nell'umido 5,00€!!Mi sta proprio bene.. Mai lasciare la strada vecchia per quella nuova... Spero che qualcuno prima o poi prenda provvedimenti!! P.S:Perché Usman sei chiuso prima delle 02.00? Bad very bad!! I bought a meat-only kebab sandwich because Usman was already closed by now. I point out that both on the hanging price list and on the flyer displayed on the tables the price is € 4.50 !! Answer? That price is old !! In short, for a sandwich that I threw in the humid € 5.00 !! It suits me just fine .. Never leave the old road for the new one ... Hope someone will take action sooner or later !! M	Maurizio Della porta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna ho chiamato per avvisare che avrei prenotato.... una volta arrivato a casa quindi alle 03.00 ho chiamato ho fatto un ordine di circa 20 euro e quando gli ho detto la via mi ha detto che non ci veniva e che me lo dovevo andare a prendere ( abito in borgo Trieste forse 1 km dal punto vendita).. allora ho chiamato pizza volante che è più lontano e in 20 minuti mi ha consegnato... purtroppo devo mettere una stella ma io avrei lasciato a 0... il servizio di un locale è tutto... Non posso rispondere ma scrivo qui guardate che Signore... che commento che ha fatto.... Saim è la nuova gestione dello stesso posto che prima si chiamava Shamir. Il personale però è sempre lo stesso. Hanno menu convenienti e il titolare è davvero educato e socievole. Il locale ha dei posti a sedere sia all’interno che all’esterno. Consigliato sia per mangiare li sia per ordinare da casa. Excellent kebab sandwiches, various fried foods and pizzas, make home deliveries, are fast and kind. Saim is the new management of the same place that used to be called Shamir. But the staff is always the same. They have convenient menus and the owner is really polite and sociable. The restaurant has seating both inside and outside. Recommended for both eating and ordering at home.
