β β β β β No English menu, inattentive personal. Effectively just an American style diner attached to a sports club. Menu is correspondingly adjusted for high calories intake, just fast-food. Has a proper pizza oven, so pizza is a good pick, don't expect anything extraordinary though.
Still, clean place and enjoyable food though, so it's a decent choice if you are just hungry.
Unacceptable prices for beverages.

β β β β β We stayed at hotel Gardenia in Verona and were offered to eat at Mitiko. What a nice surprise. Staff very friendly, we had pasta and it was very tasty. Good place with good food!

Staff - the staff is very friendly and attentive,
Setting - fit to the mood the restaurant is advertised as; the toilettes are a weak spot, and the ambient temperature was a little too hot.
