★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto deluso da questa 2 volta perché ordinata per le 19:10 arrivata 19:45 fredda e per lo meno abito a 350m di distanza, per lo meno si poteva almeno lo sconto sul ritardo invece 0. Mozzarella scarsa sugo sembra sinceramente dele pizze che trovi nei supermercati. Mi dispiace. Ma alla verità non si sfugge. Mi dispiace ma hanno perso un altro cliente.
 Very disappointed with this 2 time because ordered for 19:10 arrived cold 19:45 and at least I live 350m away, at least you could at least the discount on the delay instead of 0. Mozzarella poor sauce seems honestly dele pizzas you find in supermarkets. I'm sorry. But the truth is not escaped. I'm sorry but they lost another customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che una seconda possibilità non si nega a nessuno, qui ormai siamo alla quarta occasione: pizza consegnata ogni volta con mezz'ora fissa di ritardo, fredda in tre casi su quattro (come freddo era anche il fritto dellab penultima volta). L'ultima volta è arrivata tiepida ma immangiabile. Ho voluto addirittura passare direttamente da voi per mangiarla appena fatta, ma anche in quel caso la qualità ormai non era più quella di prima.
Facevate la migliore margherita della zona, ero innamorato di quella pizza: sottile, con tanta mozzarella, gustosa! Ora avete la peggiore di sempre, peggio della più scadente pizza surgelata da supermercato: gommosa, secca, assente di gusto e di mozzarella, fastidiosa da masticare a tal punto che dopo un paio di morsi mi dolorano le mandibole. Ho provato a concedervi tutte le attenuanti del caso, ma non ci siamo proprio. Mi dispiace ma è assolutamente da evitare.
Meno di una stella non si può, altrimenti l'avrei fatto.
Given that a second chance is not denied to anyone, here we are now on the fourth occasion: pizza delivered every time with a fixed half hour delay, cold in three out of four cases (how cold was also the fried penultimate time). Last time it came lukewarm but inedible. I even wanted to go directly to you to eat it as soon as it was made, but even in that case the quality was no longer what it was before.
You made the best margherita in the area, I was in love with that pizza: thin, with lots of mozzarella, tasty! Now you have the worst ever, worse than the poorest frozen supermarket pizza: chewy, dry, lacking in taste and mozzarella, so annoying to chew that after a couple of bites my jaws ache. I tried to grant you all the extenuating circumstances of the case, but we are not really there. I'm sorry but it is absolutely to be avoided.
Less than a star you can't, otherwise I would have done it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza buona quando gli gira, ed è un peccato, fattorino sempre molto gentile, ma gli ordini sono perennemente in ritardo, da un ora e mezza alla mezz’ora,per me inconcepibile…all’ultima lamentela di ritardo mi hanno detto che se non mi sta bene cambio pizzeria e così farò!Avete perso un cliente affezionato al vostro fattorino e alla qualità, ma l’orario e la scortesia al telefono pongono fine a tutto!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza ordinata alle 19.12 con consegna appena possibile. Orario proposto 20.40. Ore 21.07 pizza non ancora arrivata. Chiamo e si inventano che il fattorino sta partendo e mi dicono che sarebbe arrivato in 10 minuti. È arrivato alle 21.30.Abito a 4 minuti dalla pizzeria. E la pizza fa pena. Gomma. MAI PIÙ. Comprate da chi lavora seriamente.
Pizza ordered at 19.12 with delivery as soon as possible. Schedule proposed 20.40. 21.07 pizza not yet arrived. Last night I ordered two pizzas if you can call them pizzas !!! You arrive burnt, inedible, taken and thrown in the wet.
