★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'altra sera sono passato da questa pizzeria al taglio e inizio con il dire che non c'erano moltissimi gusti e,quelli presenti,erano tutti particolari; a meno che non avessi scelto uno di quelli non era possibile farne altri dato che eravamo ad un'ora dalla chiusura,il che potrebbe essere giustificabile anche se non capisco la mancanza dei gusti base e che possono sempre essere smaltiti nella giornata seguente.
Detto ciò,scelgo un paio di gusti per un totale di 4,70€ e alla mia affermazione di pagamento con bancomat mi viene risposto dalla ragazza che non si può effettuare un pagamento così basso data la commissione elevata; o si raggiungevano 5€ o non era possibile pagare. Penso di prendere un altro pezzo per raggiungere i 5€ e questa ragazza cambia il limite di pagamento a 10€,quindi da 4,70€ avrei dovuto raggiungere 10€ per pagare della pizza che non volevo. Lei,con arroganza,mi chiede:"ma non hai nemmeno 4,70€ nel portafoglio?" E le rispondo che non avevo nulla nel portafoglio in quel momento ad eccezione per il bancomat.
Le dico,comunque,che se riuscivamo ad arrivare a 5€ andava bene se no 10€ non li spendevo e lei mi risponde,con il suo solito fare:"bhe,allora è meglio che lasci stare" così,dopo la sua affermazione me ne vado costretto ad andare in un altro posto.
Io non so come sia possibile avere tanta arroganza,ma so con certezza che in questo ambiente lavorativo, che è la ristorazione, il sorriso,la gentilezza e la disponibilità verso il cliente non possono mancare e soprattutto trovo inammissibile mandar via un cliente con così tanta arroganza e soprattutto senza farlo pagare con il bancomat per una commissione che onestamente è ridicola e rifiutandosi,quando non è possibile farlo dal momento che per legge io posso pagarti anche un singolo caffè con il bancomat.
Sicuramente non ci tornerò più.
Pessimo. Vi consiglio di rivedere il personale.
The other night I went from this pizzeria to the cut and I start by saying that there were not many flavors and those present were all particular; unless I had chosen one of those it was not possible to make others since we were one hour after closing, which could be justifiable even if I don't understand the lack of basic tastes and that can always be disposed of on the following day.
Having said that, I choose a couple of flavors for a total of € 4.70 and my statement of payment by debit card is answered by the girl who cannot make such a low payment given the high commission; or they reached € 5 or you could not pay. I think I will take another piece to reach € 5 and this girl changes the payment limit to € 10, so from € 4.70 I would have had to reach € 10 to pay for the pizza I didn't want. She arrogantly asks me: "but you don't even have € 4.70 in your wallet?" And I answer that I had nothing in my wallet at that time except for the ATM.
I tell her, however, that if we managed to get to € 5 it would be okay if not € 10 I would not spend them and she replies, with her usual way of saying "well, then you better leave it alone" so, after her statement, me I am forced to go to another place.
I do not know how it is possible to have such arrogance, but I know with certainty that in this working environment, which is the restaurant, the smile, the kindness and the availability towards the customer cannot be missing and above all I find it inadmissible to send away a customer with so much arrogance and above all without making him pay with the ATM for a commission that is honestly ridiculous and refusing, when it is not possible to do it since by law I can also pay you a single coffee with the ATM.
I will certainly not go back.
Very bad. I recommend that you review the staff.

Tappa fissa una volta a settimana.
