★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa a dir poco. Persone disoneste. Non fidatevi di quello che vi dicono agite in autonomia e informatevi su tutto. Mi hanno nascosto un sacco di problemi sull'appartamento ed ora sono cavoli miei. Servono solo per farti vedere la casa e mangiarti i soldi. La stessa cosa vale per l'agenzia di Vago... le sconsiglio vivamente.
Vista la vostra risposta mi limito a dirvi che quella è la vostra versione ma la realtà è diversa
Negative experience to say the least. Dishonest people. Do not trust what they tell you act autonomously and inquire about everything. They hid a lot of problems on the apartment and now they are my cabbages. They only serve to show you the house and eat your money. The same applies to the Vago agency ... I strongly discourage you.
Given your answer, I limit myself to telling you that this is your version but the reality is different

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sono trovato bene. Ho pagato il servizio di intermediazione ma l'agente non mi ha informato adeguatamente sull'immobile acquistato. Per quello che è stata la mia esperienza non la consiglio.
RISPOSTA: passi il fatto che, diversamente da quanto scritto, non avete veramente cercato di contattarmi per risolvere questa problematica, ma non deve passare il fatto che il lavoro di ricerca delle informazioni che avreste dovuto eseguire è stato quantomeno approssimativo e superficiale. Nonostante ciò avete comunque percepito una lauta commissione, percentualmente parlando, da parte mia.
Delle due l'una:
o avete fatto male il vostro lavoro (non essendovi informati e di conseguenza non informando me che mi ero affidato alla vostra consulenza);
oppure
non avete condiviso col futuro possibile acquirente, informazioni importanti di cui eravate a conoscenza (che avrebbero potuto pesare negativamente nell'acquisto dell'immobile).
In ogni caso, o non eravate a conoscenza di tali informazioni (o non ne avete parlato) nemmeno ALMENO ad un altro acquirente che ha acquistato successivamente, circa 1 anno (!!!) rispetto a me.
Quindi se mi avete davvero contattato per risolvere come avete dichiarato, significa che ne eravate a conoscenza all'atto del suo acquisto, ma nonostante ciò, nemmeno lui ne è stato informato.

ANSWER: pass the fact that, unlike what you wrote, you have not really tried to contact me to solve this problem, but should not pass the fact that the work of researching the information that you should have done was at least approximate and superficial. Nevertheless I still felt a hefty commission, percentage speaking, on my part.
Of the two one:
or you have hurt your job (not being informed and consequently not informing me that I had entrusted your advice);
or
you have not shared with the possible future buyer, important information that you were aware of (that could have weighed negatively in the purchase of the property).
In any case, or you were not aware of this information (or do not have talked about) even LEAST to another buyer who ultimately bought about 1 years (!!!) than me.
So if I have actually contacted to solve as you stated, it means that you were aware of when it is purchased, but despite this, even he has been informed.

Recupero dei documenti necessari alla compravendita assente, assistenza negli imprevisti assente, ritardo nel rispondere alle mail. Incapacità di fornire informazioni chiare e tempestive. Incapacità nel favorire comunicazione chiara con il venditore. Praticamente servizio inesistente e commissione alta pagata in anticipo.
Bad brokerage work, sloppy, unprepared, unprofessional staff. Recovery of the documents necessary for the absent purchase, assistance in unforeseen events absent, delay in replying to emails. Inability to provide clear and timely information. Inability to foster clear communication with the seller. Virtually nonexistent service and high commission paid in advance.
