Il 22 aprile mettono in vendita una casa a SanMartino buonAlbergo.
Il 23 li contattiamo perche molto interessati,prendiamo appuntamento per una valutazione della casa in cui viviamo per venderla e poter comprare la suddetta casa,il 26 vengono le agenti immobiliari a valutarla e si concordano per vedere la casa giovedi 29....noi prendiamo anche permessi sul lavoro per poter andare all'appuntamento,ma le professioniste non si fanno più sentire.
Oggi 28 aprile mia madre chiama per scrupolo per vedere se l'appuntamento è confermato e la signora agente immobiliare le dice candidamente che la casa e'gia stata venduta....
Sbigottimento totale.4 giorni di tempo....
Ho capito che loro avranno fatto il loro interesse,ma almeno chiamare per annullare l'appuntamento no????
Ed del permesso che abbiamo preso per vedere la casa adesso che ce ne facciamo?
Ah....ed oltre il danno la beffa ci dicono pure che se vogliamo loro la casa ce la mettono in vendita lo stesso...per carità.
Carissima "eccellenza immobiliare"a voi interesserà poco,ma di sicuro di agenzie cosi "professionali"ce ne sono altre a cui affidare i propri interessi.

Delusione totale ed una mancanza di professionalità mai vista
Congratulations, congratulations and again "congratulations" for the "excellence" of this real estate agency.
On April 22, they put up a house in San Martino buonAlbergo for sale.
On the 23rd we contact them because they are very interested, we make an appointment for an evaluation of the house we live in to sell it and be able to buy the aforementioned house, on the 26th the real estate agents come to evaluate it and they agree to see the house Thursday 29 .... we take even permits at work to be able to go to the appointment, but the professionals no longer make themselves heard.
Today, April 28th my mother calls out of scruple to see if the appointment is confirmed and the real estate agent tells her candidly that the house has been sold ....
Total dismay. 4 days of time ....
I understand that they will have made their interest, but at least call to cancel the appointment no ????
And the permission we took to see the house now what do we do with it?
Ah .... and besides the insult, they also tell us that if we want the house they'll put it up for sale anyway ... for heaven's sake.
Dearest "real estate excellence" you will be of little interest, but certainly there are other agencies so "professional" to which you can entrust your interests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli ultimi anni ho avuto il piacere di concludere 2 compravendite grazie al supporto di Eccellenza Immobiliare. Entrambe le volte sono stato estremamente soddisfatto sia per l’aspetto della vendita degli immobili, sia per le soluzioni proposte e l’acquisto dei nuovi appartamenti.
Ho trovato l’agenzia molto professionale e competente in ogni aspetto, sia dal punto di vista della soluzione delle varie problematiche che si incontrano nell’acquisto di immobili in costruzione, sia dal punto di vista del rapporto con la controparte, sia per quanto riguarda gli aspetti tecnico-normativi di una pratica.
Devo fare un particolare apprezzamento sulla competenza e la professionalità di Miriam, che ha seguito direttamente entrambe le compravendite, dimostrando ottime capacità in questo settore.
