Felicissima di essere passata a wind! Nella disperazione della caccia all'ultimo regalo di Natale che non trovavo, in mezza giornata me lo ha fatto avere da un negozio affiliato. ECCEZIONALE!
Highly recommended shop, young and friendly staff. Kind and quick, especially the very nice girl with freckles very prepared and courteous. Happy to be switched to wind! In desperation for the hunt for the last Christmas present that I could not find, in half a day he made me have it from an affiliate shop. AWESOME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella solo perchè meno non si può. Sottoscritta un'offerta che prevedeva uno sconto per un anno, sto pagando ancora DA FEBBRAIO il doppio o il triplo di quell'importo. Per telefono non rispondono mai, sia chiamando che inviando messaggi. Ogni volta che si va li di persona dicono che fanno una segnalazione, e poi non c'è mai una risposta. Dopo quasi 8 mesi siamo sempre punto a capo. Se questo è il modo di lavorare. La pazienza poi finisce! SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE
1 star just because you can't get less. Signed an offer that included a discount for one year, I am still paying double or triple that amount SINCE FEBRUARY. They never answer by phone, either by calling or by texting. Every time you go there in person they say they make a report, and then there is never an answer. After almost 8 months we are always back to back. If that's the way to work. Patience then ends! I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comportamenti scorretti e sleali. Scortesi e non preparati. Attenti ai contratti che firmate nascondono spiacevoli sorprese di aumenti ingiustificati!
A risposta di quanto sotto riportato come risposta.. Sappiate che il Contratto lo avete fatto voi ed il mio disappunto è invece eclusivamente con chi mi ha fatto il contratto avendomi fornito informazioni errate e fuorvianti, riguardanti la modalità delle modifiche contrattuali. Quindi confermo a chi legge attenzione ai contratti, non fidatevi di ciò che vi viene detto ma leggete bene le clausole.
Incorrect and unfair behavior. Unfriendly and unprepared. Beware of the contracts you sign, they hide unpleasant surprises of unjustified increases!
In response to what is reported below as an answer .. Know that you did the Contract and my disappointment is instead exclusively with those who made the contract for me having provided incorrect and misleading information regarding the modalities of the contractual changes. So I confirm to those who read attention to the contracts, do not trust what you are told but read the clauses carefully.
