★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente inesperti e poco professionali. Qualche mese fa mi sono recato per riattivare una sim Tim e mi e stato risposto che la dovevo pagare mentre il servizio clienti mi disse che era gratuito tutto ciò, in breve scaricando i moduli da internet (compilati e spediti per i-mai) mi e stata riattivata direttamente da un operatore la vecchia sim il giorno successivo e senza alcun costo. La scorsa settimana ci sono ritornato per un analogo caso solo che questa volta la sim era wind (visto che questi hanno sia tim che wind). Il tipo mi ha risposto che dovevo attivare un nuovo numero, poi avrei dovuto chiamare il 155 per far passare dall'operatore il vecchio numero sulla nuova sim con il relativo nuovo numero. La cosa che mi ha insospettito e stato quando a cercato di estorcermi una promozione per poter attivare la nuova sim, me ne sono andato col nulla di fatto. Mi sono informato presso la chat di wind su facebook, dopo un po mi hanno risposto chiedendomi un numero di telefono alternativo che subito ho dato, mi hanno richiamato e mi hanno portato a conoscenza che il numero vecchio viene subito passato sulla nuova sim direttamente dal negoziante e riguardo a promozioni non era ed e niente vero che si e pure obbligati a sottoscrivere delle promozioni, mi e stato pure detto che queste sono cose che fanno solo dei venditori disonesti per aumentare il proprio introito, inoltre l'operatore abbastanza alterato per l'accaduto a voluto aprire una segnalazione a riguardo. Di sicuro non metterò più piede dentro questo negozio di incompetenti....... Lo sconsiglio vivamente visto le mie esperienze passate
Totally inexperienced and unprofessional. A few months ago I went to reactivate a Tim sim and I was told that I had to pay for it while the customer service told me that all this was free, in short by downloading the forms from the internet (filled in and sent for i-mai) me and the old sim was reactivated directly by an operator the next day and at no cost. Last week I went back to it for a similar case only this time the sim was wind (since these have both tim and wind). The guy replied that I had to activate a new number, then I would have to call 155 to pass the old number from the operator to the new sim with its new number. The thing that made me suspicious was when I tried to extort me a promotion in order to activate the new sim, I left with nothing. I inquired at the wind chat on facebook, after a while they answered me asking for an alternative phone number that I immediately gave, they called me back and brought me to know that the old number is immediately passed on to the new sim directly by the shopkeeper and with regard to promotions it was not and it is nothing true that you are also forced to subscribe to promotions, I was also told that these are things that only dishonest sellers do to increase their income, moreover the operator is quite altered for the happened to want to open a report about it. For sure I will never set foot inside this incompetent shop ....... I strongly advise against it given my past experiences

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo ed inaffidabile solo soldi e contratti poca disponibilità se non solo per fare soldi sconsiglio vivamente di appoggiarsi a lui per contratti ed inoltre ho chiesto di fare una ulteriore verifica per la registrazione di ubicazione obbligandomi a fare un contratto senza la certezza che sia portato a termine,ma stiamo scherzando?
