★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve ho chiamato il numero che figura on line e seguito la voce guida dopo 5 o 6 volte mi hanno risposto dal centralino. Gli orari che figurano on line non coincidono con ciò che mi hanno detto al centralino. Se fosse possibile sarebbe bello ti rispondesse una persona più gentile ( visto che già in Italia é difficile tutto..). Quando ho chiesto con chi stavo parlando ha attaccato il tel.
Rivedo la mia recensione a favore dell' ufficio di San Bonifacio dove mi sono poi recata di persona per avere le informazioni che avrei voluto chiedere al telefono. Lì ho trovato Federica che é stata gentile accogliente e chiara nelle spiegazioni ( nulla a che fare col centralino).
Hi I called the number that appears online and followed the voice guide after 5 or 6 times they answered me from the switchboard. The online timetables do not coincide with what they told me at the switchboard. If it were possible it would be nice to answer a kinder person (since in Italy everything is already difficult ..). When I asked who I was talking to he attacked the tel.
I review my review in favor of the San Bonifacio office where I then went in person to get the information I wanted to ask on the phone. There I found Federica who was kind and welcoming in her explanations (nothing to do with the switchboard).
