★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima... preso pc portatile ogni tre mesi ha problemi, finché era in garanzia me l'hanno sostituito, poi bloccato per aggiornamenti ed ora terminata la garanzia gli stessi problemi. Sconsiglio vivamente mediacom come marca... in più in garanzia mi volevano fare pagare l'assistenza perché c'era un problema al software... prima volta che ci vado ma è anche l'ultima!!!
Very bad ... took laptop every three months has problems, as long as it was under warranty they replaced it, then locked for updates and now the warranty ended the same problems. I strongly advise against mediacom as a brand ... in addition, as a guarantee, they wanted to make me pay for assistance because there was a problem with the software ... first time I go there but it's also the last one !!!

La professionalità e la cortesia è ciò che li distingue. Più di qualche volta hanno saputo darmi soluzioni risolutive ad altrettanti problemi. Consigliati.
I have been providing for Compitalia for some years now and I must say that, unlike other "professionals" in the sector, I never had any surprises here. Professionalism and courtesy is what sets them apart. More than a few times they have been able to give me solutions to as many problems. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ns modem telefonico/internet era fuori uso, quindi ne abbiamo acquistato uno da loro. Il tecnico del negozio è riuscito a far funzionare solo internet. Alla fine della fiera il problema l'ha risolto tecnico TIM, quindi poco professionali.Abbiamo pagato in totale, manodopera e modem, Euro 190,55 in contanti. Volevano addolcire la storia rilasciandoci un buono acquisto di Euro 75,00, assurdo.
Our telephone / internet modem was out of order, so we bought one from them. The shop technician only managed to make the internet work. At the end of the fair the problem was solved by TIM technician, therefore unprofessional. We paid in total, labor and modem, Euro 190.55 in cash. They wanted to sweeten the story by issuing us a purchase voucher of Euro 75.00, absurd.

Il negozio è relativamente piccolo, a dispetto dei servizi che fanno per PMI sia internamente che presso il cliente, ma fornito con ogni genere di dispositivo. Per quanto mi riguarda, l'assistenza che ho ricevuto finora per ciò cui ho avuto bisogno (e per i guai che ho avuto in generale in questo settore) è stata rapida, efficace ed appropriata. Già solo per l'ultimo PC, uno dei soci ha passato la domenica a cercare quello giusto per me e per quel che faccio (sono consulente per le imprese, non potevo prendere un pc generico). Altro che Mediaworld che ti vendono il pc e poi arrangiati! Qui sei seguito dall'A alla Z e ritorno.

The store is relatively small, despite the services they do for SMEs both internally and at the customer, but supplied with every kind of device. As far as I am concerned, the assistance I have received so far for what I needed (and for the troubles I have had in this sector in general) has been rapid, effective and appropriate. Already just for the last PC, one of the partners spent Sunday looking for the right one for me and for what I do (I am a consultant for businesses, I couldn't take a generic PC). Other than Mediaworld who sell you the PC and then arranged! Here you are followed from A to Z and back.
