★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi evitare non metterei nemmeno la stella che ho messo... telefono per un informazione e ti risponde una ragazza che ti dice “ho il negozio pieno,non ho tempo di darti retta,passa di qua”,passi di la e ti rispondono “chiama il 190”... utilissimo questo negozio direi.. sono gentili solo quando vai a stipulare un contratto... poi ti devi arrangiare...
If I could avoid I would not even put the star I put ... I call for information and a girl answers you and says "I have a full shop, I don't have time to listen to you, go here", you pass by and they answer you "Call 190" ... very useful I would say this shop .. they are kind only when you go to stipulate a contract ... then you have to make do ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho ricevuto una loro telefonata, non richiesta, nella quale si sono comportati esattamente come fanno i call center, spacciandomi per automatico il passaggio a nuova tariffa, peggiorativa nella velocita' di connessione, per estorcermi il si confirmatorio; tale pratica scorretta sarebbe da denuncia, per cui sconsiglio di aver a che fare con tale punto vendita e con i loro operatori.
Today I received an unsolicited phone call from them, in which they behaved exactly as call centers do, claiming that I automatically switched to a new rate, pejorative in connection speed, in order to extort my confirmation; such unfair practice would be a complaint, so I do not recommend dealing with this point of sale and their operators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A causa di una chiamata "truffaldina", perpetrata ai danni di un'anziana signora da parte di un call center affiliato Vodafone, sono entrato in un turbinio burocratico *volutamente* infinito, dal quale sono riuscito a venirne a capo, dopo sei mesi, solamente tramite il numero di migrazione utenza e grazie al loro competitor, dal quale sono separati solamente da un muro. Se fosse per il personale Vodafone, starei ancora pagando per un servizio mai e sottolineo mai ricevuto.
Due to a "fraudulent" call, perpetrated against an elderly lady by a Vodafone affiliated call center, I got into a * deliberately * endless bureaucratic whirlwind, from which I managed to get over it, after six months, only through the user migration number and thanks to their competitor, from which they are separated only by a wall. If it were for Vodafone staff, I would still be paying for a service never and I stress never received.
