★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho firmato un contratto Fibra. Mi è stato detto: 22,90 perché cliente wind mobile. Dopo 48 mesi 17,90 perché si termina di pagare il modem. Purtroppo l'informazione era sbagliata. Si paga SEMPRE 22,90. Prima di parlare è meglio essere ben informati e preparati. Molto pressapochismo.
 I have signed a fiber contract. I was told: 22.90 because of wind mobile customer. After 48 months 17.90 because you stop paying for the modem. Unfortunately the information was wrong. You ALWAYS pay 22.90. Before speaking, it is best to be well informed and prepared. Much carelessness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver firmato il contratto per internet fibra, eravamo convinti che ci sarebbe voluto unattimo per l'installazione da parte del tecnico e invece, per cause indipendenti da Wind ci ha impiegato moltissimo tempoe impegno per portare a termine il lavoro.
Detto questo, chiamiamo la compagnia x la registrazione del modem e ci viene comunicato che ci sarebbero voluti più di 10 giorni.
Grazie a Simona (persona competente nonché paziente) abbiamo atteso, ma è riuscita a guadagnare qualche giorno continuando ad insistere con chi dicompetenza. Linea funzionante e velocissima

Thanks to Simona (competent person as well as patient) we waited, but she managed to gain a few days by continuing to insist with those of competence. Line working and very fast
