Siamo arrivati con intenzione di acquistare una promozione e spendere subito 50€ e la commessa ha insistito a venderci una promo che costava meno, inoltre ha ignorato la nostra presenza prezzando e sistemando le cover cellulari e la vetrina di esposizione.
Arrivato il nostro turno (20min dopo) ha continuato a chiacchierare con una presunta collega non in turno di vacanze ferie ecc il che mentre faceva le fotocopie (5min per fare 1 fotocopia). Irritati dopo 45 min siamo andati via. NON TORNEREMO MAI PIU!!!!!!! SCONSIGLIATO A TUTTI I NOSTRI AMICI E PARENTI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo negozio delle corti venete due volte e devo dire che voglia di fare zero mi hanno liquidato la prima volta con un non si può fare mentre la seconda quel non si può fare è stato più complicato. Mi sono recato nel centro all’Adigeo signora molto gentile e disponibile in 5’ ha risolto tutti i miei problemi in maniera molto professionale

Non tutti sono pienamente portati per questo ruolo.. Non professionalmente preparati e staccati nel servizio che svolgono. Se vi occorre una mano, lo svolgo più che volentieri il vostro mestiere..
Al negozio do 3 stelle, perché i prodotti rispettono la qualità e i prezzi sono sempre conformi, il negozio non è di grande dimensioni ma basta per la clientela che ce.
Purtroppo su svariate visite che ho fatto, per alcune commissioni e richieste, non tutto il personale è preparato. In 2 casi su 3 ho riscontrato scarsa informazione e preparazione, sapevo più io di loro..
Spesso se trovano qualcuno che conoscono, snobbano il cliente dedicandosi ad una sana chiaccherata.
1 caso su 3, ho trovato una persona preparata, che è riuscita indirizzarmi ad una soluzione che in breve tempo mi ha permesso di risolvere il problema.
Consigliato con riserva. Personale da rivedere.

Not everyone is fully suited to this role. Not professionally trained and detached in the service they perform. If you need a hand, I more than willingly do your job ..
I give the shop 3 stars, because the products respect the quality and the prices are always consistent, the shop is not large but enough for the customers who have it.
Unfortunately on several visits that I have made, for some errands and requests, not all the staff are prepared. In 2 out of 3 cases I found little information and preparation, I knew more than them ..
Often if they find someone they know, they snub the customer by engaging in a healthy chat.
1 case out of 3, I found a prepared person, who was able to direct me to a solution that allowed me to solve the problem in a short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per chiedere informazioni sul bonus PC. Gli operatori del negozio li ho trovati preparati e disponibili a prescindere dalla finalizzazione della vendita . Mi hanno levato ogni dubbio creato da i vari call center . Non ho acquistato dei loro prodotti, ma sicuramente se in futuro ne avrò bisogno sarà la mia prima scelta .
