★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiato display e acquistato supporto per auto per il Samsung A20S , ma dopo la riparazione la parte bassa del display rispondeva malissimo al tocco delle mie dita, riportato in negozio il titolare verificando la mia versione dei fatti mi ha proposto una riparazione per una spesa di 25 euro perché sosteneva che l'hardware del mio telefono era inadeguata .
Mi sono documentato da persone qualificate ma il problema era il display non originale ma di marca 'SVC-SEVT che come noto non è il componente originale Samsung marcato anche sulla scatola e dal prezzo di circa 90 euro il tutto dopo aver pagato89, 90 euro.MAI PIÙ!!!
Changed display and purchased car holder for the Samsung A20S, but after the repair the lower part of the display reacted very badly to the touch of my fingers, the owner brought back to the shop by checking my version of the facts and proposed a repair for a cost of 25 euro because it claimed that my phone's hardware was inadequate.
I documented myself by qualified people but the problem was the non-original display but of the 'SVC-SEVT brand which as known is not the original Samsung component also marked on the box and priced at about 90 euros all after paying 89, 90 euros. NEVER AGAIN!!!

149€ per sostituire il vetro di un iPhone XS, risultato? Touch che funzionava quando voleva lui, impazziva e apriva schermate a caso da solo se lo sfioravi. Questo i primi due giorni, andata ovviamente a reclamare e la risposta è stata che era colpa del software (non vera ovviamente)
Il terzo giorno lo schermo comincia a fare delle macchie blu/verdi fino a diventare tutto nero e non riuscire a vedere più niente. Andati nuovamente a reclamare: senza nemmeno farci spiegare il proprietario ci ha risposto malissimo accusandoci di cose assolutamente false e nel momento in cui gli abbiamo fatto notare che le cose le conoscevamo e non eravamo ignoranti ha cominciato a dirci che noi non lavoriamo in questo settore da 14 anni come lui (e per fortuna, pensa se lavorasse da meno tempo)
Ovviamente usciti più arrabbiati di prima, con 149€ in meno e telefono peggio di prima!
Una stella solo perché devo metterla per pubblicare la recensione

On the third day the screen starts to make blue / green spots until it becomes all black and you can't see anything anymore. Went again to complain: without even letting us explain, the owner responded very badly accusing us of absolutely false things and when we pointed out that we knew things and were not ignorant he began to tell us that we have not worked in this sector for 14 years like him (and luckily, think if he worked for less time)
Obviously they came out angrier than before, with € 149 less and the phone worse than before!

Kind and professional. They fixed a problem on my iPhone that other technicians had considered unrepairable. Shop full of phone accessories. Coffee also offered. Highly recommended.
