★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato nella giornata di ieri presso il punto vendita in questione per acquistare un nuovo decoder e, grazie alla precisa assistenza di Daniele, sono riuscito a trovare ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Non ero mai stato in questo negozio (credo sia nuovo) e di questo me ne pento perché merita davvero tanto: ben fornito, estremamente ordinato e circondato di persone accoglienti.  I was yesterday at the point of sale in question to buy a new decoder and, thanks to Daniele's precise assistance, I was able to find what I needed. I had never been to this shop (I think it's new) and I regret it because it really deserves a lot: well stocked, extremely tidy and surrounded by welcoming people. Thanks Euronics Bruno!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a Bruno Euronics con sede a Verona ad inizio Settembre 2021 per un paio di regali di compleanno, di cui uno particolarmente ricercato dai ragazzi e difficile da reperire in molti negozi di elettronica (vedi foto).
Il punto vendita risulta essere in un punto facile da raggiungere, ben fornito ed organizzato in modo tale da trovare al più presto i prodotti esposti.
Punto a favore è stata la disponibilità e la preparazione, dal personale al direttore, il quale si è dimostrato disponibile e preparatissimo al momento di alcune domande postegli sul metodo di pagamento.
Tornerò sicuramente per altri acquisti.
We turned to Bruno Euronics based in Verona at the beginning of September 2021 for a couple of birthday gifts, one of which is particularly sought after by young people and difficult to find in many electronics stores (see photo).
The point of sale is in an easy to reach point, well stocked and organized in such a way as to find the products displayed as soon as possible.
A point in favor was the availability and preparation, from the staff to the director, who proved to be available and very well prepared at the time of some questions asked him about the method of payment.
I will definitely be back for other purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E stato sempre il mio punto di riferimento dove comprare qualsiasi cosa che appartenesse all elettronica … ho acquistato un paio d cuffie dopo avermi fatto assistere da un commesso e farmi dare qualsiasi informazione a riguardo, convinto della sua conoscenza ( nonostante gli avessi detto la marca della mia console ) mi fa scegliere una delle sue cuffie migliori cn un costo abbastanza alto , io avendo fiducia d questa azienda subito li prendo . Le cuffie risultano non compatibile e dopo vari tentativi e aver visto su internet scopro che le cuffie sono compatibile per pc… torno con la speranza d dover fare uno scambio con delle cuffie almeno dell altezza delle altre visto che già sapevo che nn mi tornavano i soldi , invece m sono dovuto accontentare d una semplice cuffia commerciale perché nn hanno un vasto assortimento d tutti i tipi d console .. io non voglio giudicare nessuno ,tutto possiamo sbagliare ma per quello che mi è capito quindi buttare soldi ,io credo d non tornarci …

I bought a pair of headphones after having a clerk assist me and get any information about it, convinced of his knowledge (despite having told him the brand of the my console) makes me choose one of his best headphones with a fairly high cost, trusting this company I immediately take them. The headphones are not compatible and after several attempts and having seen on the internet I discover that the headphones are compatible for PCs ... I come back with the hope of having to make an exchange with headphones at least of the height of the others since I already knew that I didn't get my money back , instead I had to settle for a simple commercial headset because they don't have a vast assortment of all types of consoles .. I don't want to judge anyone, everything can be wrong but from what I understand so throw money, I think I won't go back ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è molto fornito e ben organizzato, ma quello che mi ha colpito di più è la preparazione del personale. Ho acquistato da poco una lavatrice e un asciugatrice presso questo punto vendita e veramente sono rimasta colpita dalla capacità di spiegarmi tutto. L 'addetto che mi seguiva ha saputo rispondere a qualsiasi mia domanda in modo esaustivo e considerate che sono entrata già preparata visto che prima avevo fatto le mie ricerche su internet e quindi ho potuto verificare se le informazioni erano corrette. Davvero super consigliato.
The shop is well stocked and well organized, but what impressed me the most was the preparation of the staff. I recently purchased a washer and dryer at this store and was truly impressed by the ability to explain everything to me. The attendant who followed me was able to answer all my questions in an exhaustive way and consider that I entered already prepared since I had previously done my research on the internet and therefore I was able to check if the information was correct. Really super recommended.

Siamo stati consigliati da un ragazzo siciliano, quest'ultimo davvero gentile e qualificato, è stato encomiabile in ogni tappa, dall' accoglienza al saluto in cassa. È davvero bello trovare un clima così sereno, carico di entusiasmo e voglia di fare quando si entra in un negozio. Oltre ad avere vasto assortimento la vera carta vincente di questo punto vendita è sicuramente il personale!! Voto 100... Consigliatissimo!! Grazie e complimenti.
Well stocked and welcoming store. My boyfriend and I quickly found what we needed thanks to the professionalism, dedication and preparation of the staff. We were advised by a Sicilian guy, the latter really kind and qualified, he was commendable at every stage, from the welcome to the greeting at the cash desk. It is really nice to find such a serene atmosphere, full of enthusiasm and desire to do when you enter a shop. In addition to having a vast assortment, the real trump card of this store is definitely the staff !! Rated 100 ... Highly recommended! Thanks and congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande negozio a 2 piani ben fornito e molto spesso ci puoi trovare ottime occasioni.Mi sono recato il questo negozio la prima volta ad ottobre 2021 per acquistare un notebook e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto.Personale preparato e gentile.Dopo questa esperienza positiva (in un'altra grande catena nel frattempo ho avuto un'esperienza negativa come tipo di supporto all'acquisto)mi sono recato di nuovo in questo negozio per acquistare una TV oled e anche in questo reparto ho trovato personale preparato che mi ha spiegato tutta la nuova tecnologia oled,qled ecc. e guidato alla scelta della mia nuova tv.Se dovrò acquistare qualcos'altro andrò qui senza pensarci,il fatto che ti seguano passo per passo all'acquisto di quello che cerchi senza commettere errori è un servizio raro al giorno d'oggi dove la maggior parte di altri negozi lo fa solo per vendere e poi ti ritrovi a casa con qualcosa che non ti aspettavi o non ti soddisfa dopo magari aver pagato una somma importante.Qui troverete cortesia,qualità e soprattutto personale capace di seguire il cliente passo per passo all'acquisto.
