Dopo molti anni di fermo, sono andato a comprare una bici 2 settimane fa.
Oltre all'alta compretenza del Sig. Franco, ho comprato una bicicletta dall'ottimo design e qualità, fatta da loro e dal prezzo assolutamente abbordabile.
Il personale è gentile, disponibile e per ogni cosa non esito a contattarli o andare là dove si viene sempre accolti con un sorriso.
Consigliatissimo.
Silvestrini è un colosso pluriennale intramontabile a Milano.
My family has relied on them since my brother and I were little.
After many years on the road, I went to buy a bike 2 weeks ago.
In addition to the high understanding of Mr. Franco, I bought a bicycle with an excellent design and quality, made by them and at an absolutely affordable price.
The staff is kind, helpful and for everything I don't hesitate to contact them or go there where you are always greeted with a smile.
Highly recommended.
Silvestrini is a timeless multi-year colossus in Milan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante i prezzi alti non sono rimasta affatto soddisfatta del servizio, lento e a mio avviso non di qualità.
Avevo portato la mia vecchia bici per riparare un freno. Quando l'ho lasciata da loro l'hanno guardata per vedere se ci fossero altri problemi ma solo dopo giorni mi hanno chiamata per dirmi che si erano accorti che, oltre al freno, il manubrio era un po' storto e quindi mi consigliavano di comprare una bici nuova, visto che non valeva la pena sostituire anche quello. Dato che non avevo mai percepito nessun problema o fastidio col manubrio, ho pensato di tenere la bici così com'era una volta riparato il freno. Il freno, appena aggiustato, si è rotto al primo utilizzo mentre ero per strada tra le auto. Ho riportato loro la bici per fare riparare il freno per la seconda volta. Mi hanno convinta ad acquistare una nuova bici da loro a causa del manubrio. Nonostante abbia comprato una bici nuova, ho comunque lasciato la mia vecchia bici a riparare (di nuovo) il freno perché poteva sempre venire utile averla. Ci hanno messo SETTIMANE per la riparazione e il freno alla fine era pure durissimo e scomodo.
Inoltre, la nuova bici acquistata da loro era un primo prezzo, è vero, ma comunque di qualità secondo me scarsa: non so per quale motivo era davvero lenta e cigolava molto. Mi hanno detto che era normale, mah. Dopo alcuni mesi mi è stata rubata ma ne sono quasi contenta visto che ho comprato (ovviamente altrove) un'altra bici che va molto meglio e non cigola in continuazione.
Despite the high prices I was not satisfied with the service at all, slow and in my opinion not of quality.
I had brought my old bike to fix a brake. When I left it with them they looked at it to see if there were other problems but only after days they called me to tell me that they had noticed that, in addition to the brake, the handlebar was a little crooked and therefore advised me to buy a new bike, since it wasn't worth replacing that too. Since I had never felt any problems or discomfort with the handlebars, I thought of keeping the bike as it was once the brake was repaired. The brake, just adjusted, broke on first use while I was on the road between the cars. I brought the bike back to them to have the brake repaired for the second time. They convinced me to buy a new bike from them because of the handlebar. Although I bought a new bike, I still left my old bike to repair (again) the brake because it could always be useful to have it. It took WEEKS to repair and the brake was also very hard and uncomfortable at the end.
In addition, the new bike purchased from them was a first price, it's true, but still of poor quality in my opinion: I don't know why it was really slow and creaked a lot. They said it was normal, mah. After a few months it was stolen from me but I am almost happy because I bought (obviously elsewhere) another bike that goes much better and does not squeak constantly.

Cercano di farti comprare di tutto anche se ancora in buono stato: pneumatici, pignoni, catena, ecc. Ma non sanno che io sono più esperto di loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a prendere la prima bicicletta circa un anno fa e l’ho pagata 150 euro. Sono tornata a Maggio per prenderne un’altra uguale e costava 200. Sono tornata stamane e costava 250!!!!!!! INCREDIBILE! In più hanno deciso in maniera autonoma ed improvvisa di non partecipare al bonus mobilità dopo che avevano aderito. Mi sono sentita letteralmente presa in giro! Sconsiglio! Ora sono alla Decathlon:)
I went to get my first bicycle about a year ago and paid 150 euros for it. I went back in May to get another one like it and it cost 200. I went back this morning and it cost 250 !!!!!!! INCREDIBLE! In addition, they decided autonomously and suddenly not to participate in the mobility bonus after they joined. I literally felt made fun of! I do not recommend! Now I'm at Decathlon :)

the worst Bicilette shop in town. Unreliable parts and three times more expensive than the market. Non-existent after-sales assistance. Nightmare to be avoided at all costs.
