★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazzi giovani e professionali. Anche se il negozio non ha a disposizione grandi spazi, le biciclette sono disposte in modo ordinato e disponibili in varie versioni. I ragazzi conoscono molto bene la materia e offrono diverse soluzioni per ogni esigenza dei ciclisti.
Young and professional guys. Even if the shop does not have large spaces available, the bicycles are neatly arranged and available in various versions. The boys know the subject very well and offer different solutions for every cyclist's need.

Cercano in tutti i modi di andare per gradi in modo tale da fare pagare di più la mano d'opera quando in realtà prendono in giro il cliente perché sanno benissimo che potrebbero risolvere il problema subito. La recensione della bicicletta con pedalata assistita è perfettamente esplicativa della loro non serietà. Nel mio caso ho portato una bici perchè non frenava. L'ho riportata a casa che non frena. Nella prossima vita faccio il biciclettaio di via Washington.
Don't go there, they are not honest. They try in every way to go step by step in such a way as to make the labor pay more when in reality they make fun of the customer because they know very well that they could solve the problem right away. The review of the pedal assisted bicycle is perfectly explanatory of their non-seriousness. In my case I brought a bike because it didn't brake. I brought her home she doesn't brake. In my next life I work as a bicycle shop on Washington Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non gonfiano gomme, non ti prestano la pompa. Ma ti vendono la pompa o la sostituzione della camera d'aria. Adducono norme antincovid che si inventano di sana pianta per non prestare una pompa... Come se anche dal benzinaio non puoi fare benzina perché ci vorrebbe una persona assunta apposta per sanificare la pompa dopo ogni cliente. Risultato? Sono tornata a casa con la ruota mezza sgonfia facendo una fatica terribile ad ogni pedalata. Non andateci, c'è di meglio.
They don't inflate tires, they don't lend you the pump. But they sell you the pump or tube replacement. They adduce antincovid rules that they invent out of the blue in order not to lend a pump ... As if even at the gas station you can't get petrol because it would take a person hired on purpose to sanitize the pump after each customer. Result? I came home with the wheel half deflated, making a terrible effort with every pedal stroke. Don't go there, it gets better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just had my bike stolen and was bought here by a friend. The guy in the shop informed me of a bike that would suit my needs - strong and able to make it 3000miles.
Problem 1: noticed the brake was cut off by the pannier they had fitted.
Problem 2: noticed the wheel hub was flapping.
200 miles later, problem 3: spokes loose and water in rim (rain).
Problem 4: derailer folds over twists and bends on chain rendering bike useless!
All problems caused by crap builders.
The managers response was that I (me) must of crushed the support bar with a pannier even though they dont touch the frame at all. Funniest thing is I showed him a pic of my luggage so he knew how it sat on the bike if this were the case which it isn't.
So finally... DO NOT SHOP HERE
