★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fabulous experience with Milano Cycling when I traveled from the U.S. for a race. Upon arrival, I realized the front brake on my Madone was damaged during transport. I was troubled, because I knew I needed a complete replacement. I went to the shop, speaking English, struggling badly with communications. The team (Fabio and Robbie) was patient, kind and helpful. I felt like a priority, and was treated like family, even though I was babbling like a confused American. They had all the parts on site, and sent me a message when the work was completed. I also bought a shop jerseys I can tell my friends in America about my new friends in Milan, Italy. Thank you for making my trip to Italy a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Milano Cycle Shop to find their selection of Assos clothing and I was not disappointed. The selection was well rounded complemented by other high quality brands. The service was complete, knowledgeable and friendly. They spent over an hour with me with no pressure to hurry along. Even received a couple complementary items upon checkout. Highly recommended! From the looks of the mechanics area, I would judge that their mechanical service is excellent as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strange experience. First server really helpful and friendly showing me two bike options available and in my size. My partner sat down in the seating area (because I take a long time to make a decesion).
Second server asked what we were doing or whether we needed help. I said no, as I was thinking between the two bikes. He then proceeded to inform us that we couldn't stay in the shop. Due to covid.
Apparently we were not allowed to sit, even though there were no notices or markings to say the area was off-limits. It was very bizarre especially as all restrictions have been lifted in shops . . . But it's apparently their preference. Which is fine. Just make it clear and ensure your standard is maintained throughout because the first server was not wearing a mask.
I would not go back there.
