Una fila di mezz'ora per farmi stampare una fattura mai arrivata ...in un anno di fornitura con loro non ho mai ricevuto una fattura ma solo le raccomandate di messa in mora!!!!! Ed il 50% delle persone in fila erano lì per lo stesso motivo!!! Una mortificazione per una società irpina che potrebbe essere fiore all'occhiello di questa provincia ormai decaduta Always worse !!!!!!! Attendo il rimborso di una fattiura da quasi due anni, niente. Non rispondono a telefono. Mai visto una cosa più schifosa del genere. Sicuramente li denuncerò. Non capisco come abbiano avuto le autorizzazioni ad operare. Vergognatevi. Siete indegni. A star because zero does not accept them. and even zero would be too much. Never see such a thing. Personale altamente inqualificato, non rispondono a telefono e quando lo fanno l'unica cosa che ti dicono e di andare presso di loro, dove potrai parlare dopo un'ora di coda. Le loro bollette a volte non arrivano (potrebbe anche essere un problema delle poste) e quando ne richiedi una copia ti stampano solo il bollettino perché non possono consumare fogli. PAZZESCO. B	Bravo Perbeni (Bravo) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ''azienda'' (in realtà una 'associazione' di amici e di amici degli amici volta a realizzare guadagni) più volte indagata e sanzionata dalla autorità per l'energia, per irregolarità e brogli ai danni dei malcapitati utenti; usano una casella di posta pec per non rispondere a nessuno; al telefono, quando rispondono, fanno rispondere a gente presa dalla strada, che dovrebbe rifare le scuole serali daccapo (dalla terza elementare almeno); si servono di figure dubbie per leggere (o non leggere) i contatori: sono arrivati a falsificare le fatture scrivendo 'lettura reale' ad un contatore che ha raggiunta quella 'lettura' dopo qualche mese! Sanno di avere le spalle coperte, da decenni. Non rispondono neanche del fatto di ignorare la cessazione di una fornitura, semplicemente NON viene nessuno a fare la lettura finale e a chiudere il contatore! Tu richiedi al tuo gestore di voler cessare il rapporto contrattuale? Il tuo gestore deve aprire una pratica con costoro; a questo punto questi ceffi non rispondono, non fanno altro che ignorare la pratica; cosicché il gestore 'non può chiudere la pratica', passano settimane e mesi, tu non puoi direttamente intervenire con i cialtroni sidigas, e addirittura questa banda a delinquere può finanche dire a telefono che non hanno alcuna pratica del genere, nel loro letamaio! La 'sede' è a Napoli.
