★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire che hanno un servizio clienti scadente é poco. La segretaria (se cosi possiamo chiamarla) é di un'incompetenza unica. Chiamati per un'urgenza alla caldaia, non solo ho dovuto richiamare più volte per avere la certezza che venissero, ma alla fine non sono venuti.
E dire che pago 80€ all'anno per l'assistenza.
Menonale che ad Atripalda c'è un centro assistenza per il tipo di caldaia che ho io.

To say that they have poor customer service is little. The secretary (if we can call her that) is of a unique incompetence. Called for an emergency to the boiler, I not only had to call several times to be sure they came, but in the end they did not come.
And to say that I pay € 80 a year for assistance.
Menon that at Atripalda there is a service center for the type of boiler I have.
