★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho molta fiducia in questa farmacia, ma ieri sono stato molto colpito, negativamente, dall'arroganza di una delle dipendenti, avevo portato la ricetta di un farmaco, pagato in precedenza 58,00 euro, per averne il rimborso. La dipendente in questione da subito ha messo in dubbio il pagamento (del quale non avevo portato lo scontrino, ma del quale loro avevano una prova apposta sul retro dello scatolo del farmaco), stavo provando a chiamare mia moglie per conferma e la dipendente, con molta arroganza, continuava a dire che era inutile e che avrei dovuto pagare. Sentirsi dire queste cose davanti ad altre persone presenti nella farmacia mi ha imbarazzato notevolmente, come poteva essere vero che la farmacia mi avesse lasciato uscire con un farmaco del valore di 58,00 euro senza pagarlo? Infatti con l'aiuto di un'altra dipendente si è risaliti alla verità. La cosa peggiore è che, nonostante tutto, l'arrogante dipendente in questione non si è accollata la colpa e non ha chiesto scusa. Consiglio oltre al restyling della farmacia un restyling dell'educazione.

É disponibile il servizio di trasporto a domicilio dei farmaci ed é possibile farsi misurare la pressione gratuitamente. In farmacia é presente anche un infermiere per esigenze di vario tipo.
