Professionalità, trasparenza e "spirito di squadra" bassissimi nel fornire al cliente le necessarie informazioni e seguirlo fino in fondo, nel momento in cui l'acquirente è pronto e ha compilato il modulo di proposta dell'immobile di sua interessa. Hanno ben pensato di non far passare nemmeno 24 ore nonostante varie sollecitazioni telefoniche, né si sono sentiti di comunicare l'evoluzione e intromissione di un secondo ed eventuale acquirente quando il giorno 22 luglio il modulo di proposta era stata già compilato con la premessa di rileggerla e di consegnarla il giorno seguente insieme all'assegno. Inoltre l'agenzia Capital House vuole essere pagata la loro provvigione di 3% all'accettazione della proposta, e cioè prima della data dell'atto notarile. E se non dovesse andare a buon fine, non per causa dell'acquirente, Capital House avrebbero girato l'interesse del 3% versato in buono, vincolando il cliente ad acquistare con loro. Ma allora dico...
