★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El departamento está muy bien, nuevo y bien ubicado. Pero nos cobraron de más sin habernos informado, lo reclamamos y nos dejaron de contestar los mails. Ninguno de los aires acondicionados funcionaba. Está en el segundo piso y no tiene ascensor.
The apartment is very good, new and well located. But they overcharged us without informing us, we complained and they stopped answering the mails. None of the air conditioners worked. It is on the second floor and has no elevator.

A useful apartment for short stays, comfortable and close to the center, not clean but acceptable, I will definitely be back for the next appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohnung war gut ausgerüstet. Leider war unser Zimmer genau neben der Straße und man konnte jedes Auto hören (Altmodische Straße mit Steinen). Wenn man schlafen möchte braucht man unbedingt ohrstöpsel.
Apartment was well equipped. Unfortunately our room was right next to the road and you could hear every car (old fashioned road with stones). If you want to sleep you definitely need earplugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is falsely advertised. It does not have an additional toilet, it only has 1. It states it has aircon, true, but it wasn't even worth switching on. We suffered the horrendous heat for 4 nights and barely slept a wink because of that combined with it being on a busy tram line. The trams ran from very early morning until late at night.
No towels provided until we asked for them, no bathrobes as advertised.
Early morning bin lorries too which empty nearby restaurant bottle bins.
Good thing was check in, very acomodating dispute or flight delay.
Very disappointed with the apartment and our stay.
