★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno valutato telefonicamente. Non mi è stato dato appuntamento neanche alla terza telefonata. Mi è stato detto: non le diamo appuntamento solo se chiama più volte. Segua quanto detto alla prima telefonata. Facevo presente che il bambino respirava male. Mio figlio è stato poi portato alla de marchi e con codicd gialle ricoverato. Siete non professionali. Inaccettabile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stasera ho chiamato da Pordenone perché mio papà a Milano stava poco bene, hanno voluto il numero diretto e mentre la Dott.ssa parlava con lui l'operatore mi ha richiamato per tranquillizzarmi. Ecco questa si chiama umanità. Ringrazio veramente di cuore questo Signore.
