Unique train station that is surprisingly easy to navigate. The pay toilets are not very well maintained considering you have to pay to use them. One of the corridors has a pretty impressive series of wall murals that is definitely worth a look see. Several shops are located throughout the station and a grocery store. I suggest visiting the grocery store, otherwise you will find yourself overpaying for whatever you wish to consume. The staff is not very welcoming, but will assist you nevertheless.

Not well organized (e.g. the escalators are working down but not up, which doesn't make sense when you have a bigger case) Ticket office shall officially be open at 6:30AM, but opened at 6:55.

Great and busy station. It can be a little confusing to find the entrance depending where you are coming from but walking around helps to find the main entrance with a little cafe on the left side.

Super close to piazza Gae Aulenti and Corso Como, the railway station is nice and quite clean. There are some shops inside and some cafes.

Platform information showed up 3 minutes before departure and the platform was far away from the main information board. Asked several people but no one knew before that. Was at the station 25 min before departure but still had to run to the train on the other side of the station, drag my suitcase up the stairs and when the train arrived a few seconds later it stopped for less than 30 seconds. I know there were lots of people who missed it due to lacking information. I’m young and used to travel but I would advise against taking the Malpensa Express to the airport regardless of age or previous travel experience.

Very big well organised train station with lots of stores. There is some police to check travel documents if its an international train

If you want to rob tourists, you better put a big sign saying that but paying. 55 euro fine for not getting a ticket stamped from a yellow machine. I bought The ticket from the office 20 min ago, and the lady didn't bother to inform me, and the ticket has no English word on it. This is outrageous and not respectful, shame on you Train service and tourist Italy. ??
