Prenoto online un prelievo per un certo parametro e mi viene indicato che loro sono i più vicini alla mia abitazione, mi chiamano per accertare l’appuntamento, prendo permesso dal lavoro e mi presento come da appuntamento scendendo presto da casa perché abito in un’altra provincia e ho dovuto pagare il parcheggio di 25 euro per un ora nel parcheggio privato perché si trovano in zona Stazione Centrale ed è stato impossibile trovare parcheggio, poi mi sento dire che c’è stato un errore e che da inizio Luglio non effettuano più questa prestazione. Questa si chiama disorganizzazione!!! Assurdo davvero. Vergogna…. It's too much of a star. Dopo varie telefonate, ritorno e mi ci vuole una PEC che desumo solo da PIVA alla società che gestisce ambulatorio. Me lo rimandano in PEC una settimana dopo con orario sfasato di 1,5 ore rispetto al diario. I book and do Holter 24h after they tell me that the next day I would have a report. After several phone calls, I come back and I need a PEC which I only obtain from PIVA to the company that manages the clinic. They send it back to me in PEC a week later with a time offset of 1.5 hours with respect to the diary.
