Vista l'affluenza qualche ritardo negli appuntamenti è inevitabile State-of-the-art pneumatology department, competent and even sympathetic preparations. R	Raffaella Raimondi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dire che nonostante tutto non rispondono al telefono...mia mamma aveva un controllo a giugno...hanno inviato e-mail per spostare appuntamento...ok...ma nonostante telefonate inutili perché sempre occupato...non si occupano di avvisare almeno per dire una data almeno provvisoria....peccato....perché chi si occupa di controlli etc è un personale attento e gentile....e per finire...visto che è un centro vaccinale...disastro completo...mio fratello lo hanno spedito in via Ippocrate ieri per stamattina assicurando che avvisavano per vaccino....zero comunicazione....e non vado oltre...nessun avviso da parte loro...e quando è tornato oggi in mattinata ...villa marelli....chiuso... I'm sorry to say that despite everything they don't answer the phone ... my mom had a check in June ... they sent e-mails to move the appointment ... ok ... but despite useless calls because always busy ... they take care of informing at least to say at least a provisional date .... pity .... because whoever deals with controls etc is attentive and kind staff .... and finally ... since it is a vaccination center .. . complete disaster ... my brother sent him to via Hippocrates yesterday for this morning assuring them that they warned for vaccine .... zero communication .... and I do not go further ... no warning from them ... and when is returned today in the morning ... villa marelli .... closed ...

Non come da altri tanti posti (importanti ? !!??). They are professionals, incredibly fast, punctual and very lovable, which matters a lot to the sick patient! ? Not like many other places (important ? !! ??).

Tutti molto gentili cordiali e educati sin dall'ingresso che al termine delle prestazioni. Molto organizzati e disponibili. Villa Marelli, I did not know this structure, I must say that I found myself very well. All very kind, friendly and polite right from the entrance to the end of the performance. Very organized and helpful.

Un consiglio per chi prenota il prelievo: Presentatevi almeno 2 ore prima oppure andate da un’altra parte. Forse è meglio. Appointment with pick-up reservation at 11:00. Arrived at 9:30 am because I knew they are disorganized. 11:00 am still being accepted. A tip for those who book a pickup: Show up at least 2 hours before or go somewhere else. Maybe it's better.

We thought we might not make it so we told the broker to try and rent it for those dates so we could get our money back. He then tells us the "Owner already rented it out!" We said we were going to let family member use it and the broker says its rented. We paid over $10k for this and the owner refuses to give us our money back and she is trying to get paid TWICE. So selfish and greedy. We will be having all our friends and Italian friend post reviews on this site until the owner refunds our money and realizes what a greedy person she is. Shame on you.
