Ho prenotato per ceretta gambe e inguine totale, durata un’ora, risultato: pezzi di ceretta attaccati ancora sulle gambe e parti non fatte (di cui purtroppo mi sono accorta solo quando sono tornata a casa), approccio al cliente abbastanza distaccato e molta approssimazione!!!
As for waxing, I strongly advise against it! I booked for waxing legs and groin total, lasting one hour, result: pieces of waxing still attached on the legs and unmade parts (which unfortunately I only noticed when I returned home), quite detached approach to the customer and a lot of approximation !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non rispettano gli orari dati per gli appuntamenti. Dopo 20 minuti di attesa mi hanno detto che avevo sbagliato io l orario. Pessimo . Probabilmente avevano fatto passare qualcuno che non aveva appuntamento. Mi spiace perché avevo anche consigliato loro a delle amiche.
