★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatta una proposta, la consegna al venditore viene ritardata per tre giorni senza molte spiegazioni. Al terzo giorno mi viene detto che il venditore non è più intenzionato a vendere. Anche questa volta vengono date poche spiegazioni.

L'eventuale umore o risposta da chi riceve l'offerta, vista la nostra esperienza, può avere anche poco senso. In merito alla stessa, La informiamo che, ai tempi la sua delusione era stata riportata alla proprietà, poiché poco usuale. Cordialmente lo staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si dicono seri, professionali e fuori dalle basse logiche di agenzie immobiliari da 4 soldi. Nei fatti sono esattamente UGUALI.
Visto un appartamento, chiedo immediatamente un appuntamento per fare un offerta. Il titolare (cortesissimo e gentilissimo) mi garantisce che avrebbero mantenuto il mio come primo appuntamento rispetto ai successivi richiedenti.
Richiamati 4 volte per fissare un appuntamento, richiesta anche su whatsapp personalmente all'agente... alla fine mi dicono che il giorno successivo alla mia visita avevano già preso un appuntamento e che quindi non potevo venire a presentare una mia offerta.
A seguire giustificazioni gratuite secondo la teoria che il cliente aveva già visto la casa senza mai fare una proposta, ma che adesso aveva precedenza.
Agli agenti dico grazie! Mi avete insegnato quanta stima e rispetto bisogna avere della categoria.
