Dopo un'estenuante ricerca di ottici specializzati per bambini, sono finalmente arrivata qui, dove ho trovato grande competenza tecnica, cortesia e capacità di trattare con i piccini e un'ampia scelta di montature (veramente rara visto che la maggior parte degli ottici non tiene più di 2 o 3 montature per fascia d'età. Può non sembrare importante, ma, in realtà, è fondamentale perché un bambino, per quanto piccolo, accetti gli occhiali, con la sensazione di aver scelto e piacendosi!). Mi ha colpito, inoltre, la correttezza nel consigliarmi e sopratutto sconsigliarmi, sempre motivando e spiegando, accessori e soluzioni che avrebbero anche potuto far alzare il prezzo, ma che si sarebbero rivelati inutili o controproducenti (altri ottici me li avevano proposti). Il risultato finale è stato un'occhiale adatto alla fascia d'età della bambina, esteticamente bello, di cui siamo soddisfatti sia noi genitori che la piccola, ad un prezzo onestissimo e in linea con quanto indicato dalle associazioni di oculisti pediatrici. Pensare che avevo ricevuto preventivi anche di tre volte tanto e che le lenti e le montature per i più piccoli si possono dover cambiare spessissimo! Se cercate competenza, cortesia e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ve lo consiglio di certo! After an exhausting search for specialized opticians for children, I finally arrived here, where I found great technical competence, courtesy and ability to deal with children and a wide choice of frames (really rare given that most opticians do not take more than 2 or 3 frames per age group.It may not seem important, but, in reality, it is essential because a child, however small, accepts glasses, with the feeling of having chosen and liking yourself!). I was also struck by the correctness in advising myself and above all not recommending me, always motivating and explaining, accessories and solutions that could also have raised the price, but which would have proved useless or counterproductive (other opticians had proposed them to me). The end result was an eyewear suitable for the age range of the little girl, aesthetically beautiful, of which we are satisfied both us parents and the child, at an honest price and in line with what indicated by the associations of pediatric ophthalmologists. To think that I had received estimates of three times as much and that the lenses and frames for the little ones can be changed very often! If you are looking for competence, courtesy and an excellent quality / price ratio I would certainly recommend it!

Avevo ordinato per la mia figlia la montatuta degli occhiali in USA (non si trovava piu quel modello in europa).l'ottico di via cagliero doveva mettere le lenti.mettendo le lenti me li ha rotti( risultavano screpolati)dovevamo allora scegliere un altra montatura... alla mia domanda se cmq potrebbe lasciarmi la vecchia montatuta(che alla bambina piaceva tantisssimo), davanti a noigli ha spezzati in due, e le lenti le ha buttate nel cestino. un comportamento inaccetabile, maleducato e dispettoso !!!consiglio a tutti di evitare quel posto !!! bad customer treatment. Nemmeno un sorriso.. mamma mia che esercenti che ci sono ancora. Peccato ! dovevo rifare due montature graduate e dall esterno L immagine che avete non rispecchia l’accoglienza. Inutile rispondere alle recensioni perché forse è meglio farsi un esame di coscienza. V	Valentina t. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrebbe essere un buon servizio al momento ma avevo ordinato degli occhiali che vanno sopra gli occhiali da vista e li vado a ritirare le utilizzo per tre mesi e "patatrac" si rompono mi rimangono in mano vado a farli riparare ci provano e dicono che è impossibile sistemarli per mettere una vite. Gli ho detto mi dia un occhiale simile non l'aveva, anzi mi proponeva degli occhiali ancora più grossi per il mio viso pur di darmeli,quindi ho rinunciato e gli ho detto no mi ordini gli stessi occhiali ne avevo uno simile dagli anni 80 e sono durati fino adesso però sono rigati com'è possibile? gli ho detto.... e li ha ordinati proprio vicino al periodo estivo e dovevo andarli a ritirare ;senza il suo avviso ho trovato chiuso per ferie ditemi voi se corretto verso il cliente. Che delusione soldi buttati!!! Il signor Lazzano me l'avevano consigliato sopratutto per l'esame della vista. E infatti l'esperienza si vede. Consigliatissima. Optics worthy of its fame and history. Prezzi ragionevoli a fronte di ottiche di alta qualità. Giusto oggi sono andato a ritirare un paio di occhiali da vista acquistati l’anno scorso e di cui si e’ rotta la montatura due giorni fa. Rispediti immediatamente al fornitore, gia’ oggi mi sono stati riconsegnati con la montatura nuova senza alcun aggravio di costi. Consigliato.
