Unica pecca la segreteria, ho assistito ad una accesa discussione tra segreteria ed un'altra paziente che voleva pagare con bancomat ma la segretaria ha insistito per andare a farla prelevare perché se no dovevano pagare le commissioni sulla transazione. Per carità, capisco i costi per l'azienda in sé, ma è lecito per legge poter pagare col bancomat! Siamo nel 2020!
I am a patient of Doctor Bau, very kind and competent, I feel very comfortable with her. The only flaw the secretariat, I witnessed a heated discussion between the secretariat and another patient who wanted to pay with an ATM but the secretary insisted on going to withdraw it because otherwise they would have to pay the commissions on the transaction. For heaven's sake, I understand the costs for the company itself, but it is lawful to be able to pay with an ATM! We are in 2020!
