Stava ancora finendo di servire la persona precedente e si rivolge scocciata, con tono intollerante a me e alla mia amica, che ormai avevamo scelto cosa prendere, dicendo che doveva chiudere a breve e dovevamo sbrigarci.. In realtà abbiamo aspettato per ben 5 minuti che lei finisse di servire la persona precedente.. Se ce l'aveva cn quella persona perché l'aveva fatta impazzire (che poi ha comprato per una notevole somma, avrebbe dovuto essere contenta) avrebbe dovuto essere scortese con lei, non con noi che non c'entravamo. Non tornerò più, non mi faccio trattare in questo modo.
Rude and rude saleswoman. She was still finishing serving the previous person and she turns annoyed, with an intolerant tone to me and my friend, who by now had chosen what to take, saying that it had to close shortly and we had to hurry .. In reality we waited for 5 minutes for it she finished serving the previous person .. If she had it with that person because she had driven her crazy (which she then bought for a considerable sum, she should have been happy) she should have been rude to her, not to us who didn't we were involved. I will never come back, I will not be treated in this way.

Non discuto la qualità dei prodotti, ma il personale dovrebbe cambiare lavoro!
Prima di me hanno fatto entrare marito e moglie insieme in negozio e quando è stato il mio turno hanno detto solo una persona per nucleo familiare. In sintesi, 40 minuti di attesa e sono state servite persone arrivate dopo di me. Maleducate e cafone perché mentre ero dentro parlavano male dei clienti appena usciti o in attesa fuori. Da quando è nato mio figlio vengo almeno una volta al mese a prendergli dei vestiti, ma mai più! Piuttosto on line o cambio marca! Se di potesse metterei zero stelle!

Before me they let a husband and wife into the shop together and when it was my turn they said only one person per household. In summary, 40 minutes of waiting and people who arrived after me were served. Rude and boorish because while I was inside they talked badly about customers just out or waiting outside. Since my son was born I have come at least once a month to get him some clothes, but never again! Rather online or change brand! If I could put zero stars!

I capi, gli accessori, la biancheria e tutto il resto sono ricercati e non semplicemente "alla moda". Entrare nel negozio è un momento di relax per dedicarmi con soddisfazione allo shopping. Trovo sempre uno scambio con le commesse che sono iper disponibili, anche nei momenti più faticosi e stressanti ti seguono su tutti i dubbi e richieste. La sfida di noi clienti è imparare che ci vuole molto rispetto per chi lavora e capire che siamo tutti umani.
It has been my point of reference since my daughter was born, excellent value for money thanks to the numerous promotions, kindness and dedication of the staff. The garments, accessories, linens and everything else are sophisticated and not simply "trendy". Entering the store is a moment of relaxation to dedicate myself to shopping with satisfaction. I always find an exchange with the orders who are hyper available, even in the most tiring and stressful moments they follow you on all doubts and requests. The challenge for us customers is to learn that it takes a lot of respect for those who work and to understand that we are all human.
