F	Floriana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta delusa da quanto ho visto l'ultima volta che mi sono recata nel negozio: mentre ben quattro persone erano in attesa d'essere servite, è arrivata una quinta cliente che si è diretta subito (facendo finta di non vedere gli altri già in attesa) dall'unica commessa allora presente, per chiederle qualcosa circa un suo ordine. Una delle clienti ha subito protestato, facendo notare che l'ultima persona arrivata stava passando davanti a tutte le altre. La commessa allora ha risposto che sarebbe solo andata a prendere una scatola per la cliente. Dopo un poco, la commessa è torna con la scatola e... ha servito di tutto punto la persona in questione, facendola passare davanti a tutti! L'ultima arrivata ha così pagato, in barba agli altri, perché la commessa lo ha permesso . Non è che quest'ultima avesse detto "signore, scusate, posso servire prima questa persona perché...", niente di niente. Di fronte ad altre proteste per il fatto, la commessa si è limitata a dire che la causa della discussione era lei, ma nessuna scusa e nessuna spiegazione. Non so le altre persone presenti, ma la sottoscritta si è sentita offesa dal comportamento della commessa, irrispettoso di tutte le altre clienti e poco professionale. Non viene voglia di tornare in un negozio dove può succedere che l'ultimo che arriva può essere servito per primo e questo senza giustificazione, nessuna offerta di scuse, quasi come niente fosse. I was disappointed with what I saw the last time I went to the shop: while as many as four people were waiting to be served, a fifth customer arrived who immediately headed (pretending not to see the others already in expected) from the only order then present, to ask her about her order. One of the customers immediately protested, pointing out that the last person arrived was passing in front of all the others. The saleswoman then replied that she would only go and get a box for the customer. After a while, the saleswoman came back with the box and ... she served the person in question, making her pass in front of everyone! The latest arrival paid, in spite of the others, because the shop assistant allowed it. It's not that the latter said "sir, sorry, I can serve this person first because ...", nothing at all. In the face of other protests over the fact, the saleswoman limited herself to saying that the cause of the discussion was her, but no apology and no explanation. I don't know the other people present, but the undersigned felt offended by the order's behavior, disrespectful of all the other customers and unprofessional. There is no desire to go back to a shop where it can happen that the last one who arrives can be served first and this without justification, no offer of apologies, almost as if nothing had happened.
