★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are somewhere near Parma it is a must to try their pizza (specially made dough and topped after the base is baked in the oven) as appetizer to share and afterward whatever they serve on daily menu - just everything is great.
my favourite and always on the menu are parmigiano reggiano risotto (risotta whipped to the Parmesan cheese with jam of tropea and crisp speck) and horse tartar
and without saying everything can be accompanied with bottle of ecological prosecco

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good, but the waiter heard me speaking English with my wife and did not even attempt to tell me of the day's specials. I only knew of the special after the fact when I overheard the waiter tell it to other patrons. This is not acceptable. Not to mention they put us at a table next to a cigar smoking customer. Yuck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We truly enjoyed this restaurant after selecting it over another more touristy location. What a great decision! The restaurant was filled with locals and a few adventurous visitors. The waitstaff was very helpful and accommodating, providing us with excellent wine and food options. The food was fresh, vibrant, and delicious. The wines were local, well balanced, and the perfect accompaniment to our meals. We highly recommend Borgo 20 for an incredible meal and fun evening in Parma!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is an absolute must go - because of the food. Every single dish we had was excellent, especially the tagliata, the horse meat tartare and the gourmet pizza. The place is crowded, most tables are on the street and it's a little chaotic - but all of that doesn't matter given the great food. The service is top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 starts because the first time I went it was a great experience but the second one was unpleasant due to the service.
1) Probably my favorite bistro in Parma! Exciting combinations of ingredients on pizzas and delicious pasta. The deserts were the cherry on the cake, impressive balance of ingredients!! Try to sit outside even if its a bit cold, you won't regret it!
2) Unfortunately the second time I went, I was very dissatisfied me due to the service. There were three occasions that disappointed us. We explicitly asked for the Lambrusco of Parma and they brought us the Lambrusco of Modena (substantially more expensive). When I asked if it's the Parma one the waiter said yes, but when I double checked the label it was the one from Modena. I told him and he ironically said what can I do. In the end they charged us the Modena one..
