Good food especially the vegan pizza but extremely long waiting time (more than an hour) + they forgot half of our pizzas, and no gesture to compensate it (for example make the drinks free)

We had just arrived in Parma an hour before. As we strolled we found this restaurant, we had no reservation. Trying to get the attention of the frosty man waiting the tables was impossible. Not a good start. There were people standing about waiting, people just walking straight inside. General mayhem. A lady then appeared, asked if she could accommodate 2. She said we could have a table inside. 10mins later we are still standing with no update. She then says we can have a table outside and takes the table cloth off and disappears. 10mins later, still no sign and just general mayhem. Total lack of communication, and general distain for the customer. We figured, that even when we did get a seat getting served would be a nightmare. So we left. We lost almost 30mins standing there. I'd rather spend my money somewhere where the customer is appreciated.

Excellent pizza and fabulous service. The dough on the pizza is light and precisely salted, filling is rich and expresses the content you have ordered. To the pizza we advise a suitable law (usually red wine) or even a beer if you have ordered a hamm pizza .... Very good service, and well-trained staff. Acceptable prices.

One of the best restaurants in Parma. Located in the middle of the town with very easy access, good prices and very friendly personnel. Like all restaurants in Italy, they speak very hard English. You need to try penne arabiatta and the pizza is one of the best I eaten, and the home made tiramissu is like tasting heaven. All of this work great with a white glass of wine or a birra Moretti.

Nice outside veranda, heated and cosy. Service is quick though they have been a bit clumsy. They forgot grissini at the beginning and brought me the wrong side dish so the right one arrived too late. Pizza is very good and available in two sizes. The one in the picture is the small one. The other is scaloppine ai funghi. Nice but as a tourist I would try some primi..much more typical.

Luckily it was quiet at the time I went with a colleague, assume it’s was after the main peak lunch period. The host was a very pleasant lady who helped me out in English with the menu and recommended a pizza. It was amazing topped with Parma ham and Parmesan cheese (when in Parma...). The base was also incredible, cooked in a stone bake fire oven. To top it off I went with the Tiramisu which I absolutely gorgeous. Not over powered by the coffee and beautifully creamy. It’s a place I’ll defiantly be going to again before I leave Parma.

We’ve tried Parma ham served with homemade pickles, which was great. The pasta was also very tasty. So why only 3 stars? Well, the service was really not so good. We waited a long time to order the second drink, which they seem to forget it. Such a pity….
