★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi panini, con prodotti freschi e buonissimi. Anche le pizze sono spettacolari. Inoltre c'è da aspettare pochissimo se si ordina a domicilio (massimo una mezz'ora). Super Consigliato
 Excellent sandwiches, with fresh and delicious products. Even the pizzas are spectacular. Furthermore, there is very little to wait if you order at home (maximum half an hour). Super Recommended

I panini molto buoni, anche se dovrei testarlo più approfonditamente.
Prezzi validi.
Forse da scegliere più come soluzione d'asporto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era la mia meta obbligata qualche anno fa ora che hanno ristrutturato e rinnovato, hanno disimparato a fare tutti quei prodotti che avevano reso famoso questo posto. Arancini , crocchette, ciambelle, polpette, ecc. Letteralmente immangiabili!!! Nel frattempo i prezzi aumentano senza motivo tutti gli anni....
It was my obligatory destination a few years ago now that they have restructured and renewed, they have forgotten how to make all those products that made this place famous. Arancini, croquettes, donuts, meatballs, etc. Literally inedible !!! Meanwhile, prices increase without reason every year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamburger con abbinamenti originali e gustosi, con carne morbida e succulenta: dimensione più che adeguata, non il misero dischetto surgelato che spesso si trova in giro. Pizze dal buon impasto, con ingredienti di qualità; la farcitura è un po' scarsa. Servizio attento e cortese. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza.
Hamburger with original and tasty combinations, with soft and succulent meat: more than adequate size, not the poor frozen disk that is often found around. Good dough pizzas, with quality ingredients; the filling is a bit 'poor. Attentive and courteous service. Overall a great experience.

Mi dispiace molto non poter dare 5 stelle ma nell'ordine di un hamburger mancava il pesto di basilico e nonostante la carne fosse stata chiesta di media cottura, l'interno era completamente rosa.
The burgers are great, you feel that the products are of quality and the prices are fair !!! I highly recommend the scapece and the one with tuna. I am very sorry not to be able to give 5 stars but in the order of a hamburger the basil pesto was missing and although the meat was requested medium cooking, the inside was completely pink.

Ovviamente a Parma la competizione nel settore agroalimentare è serratissima, ma "La Gourmeria" emerge nel panorama del classico street food: prodotti di qualità, ottima cottura, sapori equilibrati e servizio veloce. Tutte caratteristiche che rendono il luogo una tappa piacevolissima, dove mangiare panini eccellenti.
Il locale non è grande, quindi non c'è molto spazio, ma non è un problema insormontabile.
Prezzi? Adatti all'offerta.
There are hamburgers and then there are these dispensers of heavenly pleasures.
Obviously in Parma the competition in the agri-food sector is very close, but "La Gourmeria" emerges in the panorama of classic street food: quality products, excellent cooking, balanced flavors and fast service. All characteristics that make the place a very pleasant stop, where to eat excellent sandwiches.
The venue is not large, so there is not much space, but it is not an insurmountable problem.
Prices? Suitable for the offer.
