Servizio pessimo.
Ho chiesto un castano chiaro e mi hanno fatto diventare nera.
Nessuna professionalità, né approccio con il cliente.
Fanno di testa loro e NON SONO PER NIENTE RISPETTOSI.
Non ascoltano i clienti e parlano nella loro lingua senza renderti partecipe anche se parlano di te.
SHAME!
Bad service.
I asked for a light brown and they turned me black.
No professionalism, nor approach with the customer.
They go their own way and ARE NOT RESPECTFUL AT ALL.
They don't listen to customers and speak their language without letting you participate even if they talk about you.
