Posso capire lo stress nel periodo del black friday ma trovo assolutamente inqualificabile che una commessa ti esorti ad accelerare mentre stai provando dei capi in camerino, soprattutto se sei entrata da esattamente due minuti e hai più capi, neanche tanto economici, da provare.
Tra l'altro i camerini sono solo due, di cui uno usato da loro come 'deposito magazzino' .
Se vogliono evitare code ai camerini dovrebbero magari metterne a disposizione due, visto che all'effettivo i camerini sono due.
E un consiglio.. Se io da cliente sono educato e rispettoso pretendo lo stesso dall'altra parte, l'educazione non è un optional, anche se non sei più una commessa apprendista o se in una giornata stressante.
UNACCEPTABLE CARE !!!
I can understand the stress in the period of black friday but I find it absolutely unqualified that a saleswoman urges you to accelerate while you are trying on garments in the dressing room, especially if you have entered exactly two minutes and you have more clothes, not even very cheap, to try.
Among other things, the dressing rooms are only two, of which one used by them as 'warehouse storage'.
If they want to avoid queues at the dressing rooms they should maybe put two at their disposal, as there are two dressing rooms.
And an advice .. If I as a client are polite and respectful I demand the same from the other side, education is not an optional, even if you are no longer an apprentice saleswoman or if in a stressful day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto di cambiare un pantalone e non avevano la taglia ok, ma la commessa è stata sbrigativa e zero collaborativa ed ha mentito dicendo di non poter controllare la disponibilità nell'altro negozio, cosa che non era affatto vera!! Anche nell'altro negozio al Centro Torrinon hanno la taglia ma almeno sono state gentili!!
I asked to change a pair of pants and they didn't have the right size, but the saleswoman was hasty and zero collaborative and lied saying that she could not check the availability in the other shop, which was not true at all !! Also in the other store at the Torrin Center they don't have the size but at least they were kind !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa semplicemente fantastica.....avevo problema a scegliere un due pezzi....e lei velocemente mi ha proposto dei bei due pezzi ....esattamente come li volevo ed è anche stata più che disponibile a consigliarmi in base a come li indossavo. Brava bionda....se già non ci fosse , sarebbe da inventare!!!!
Simply fantastic saleswoman ..... I had a problem choosing a two-piece .... and she quickly offered me some nice two pieces .... exactly how I wanted them and was also more than willing to advise me based on how I wore them. Good blonde .... if it wasn't already there, it would have to be invented !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il brand non ha bisogno di recensioni, ottimi ma le commesse di questo negozio sono più che discutibili. Non sono formate abbastanza, non sono capaci nelle vendite a causa del loro approccio con il cliente, eccetto per una delle tre (molto gentile e disponibile). Tra l'altro, nonostante avessi acquistato diverse paia di calze, ed essendo due pensierini mi è stata fatta pagare una busta a parte, attenzione non una confezione regalo. Cosa che non mi è mai capitata, in nessun negozio, ma va bene così. Piuttosto che ritornare in quel negozio comprerò online o in altri punti vendita. Purtroppo non è solo il brand che fa brodo ma anche chi ci lavora e l'approccio che quest'ultimo ha con il cliente.

They are not trained enough, they are not skilled in sales due to their approach to the customer, except for one of the three (very kind and helpful).
