Torno a casa e leggendo le istruzioni trovonuna maschera soft all'Arena al posto dello scrub e una maschera argilla e carbone da risciacquare. Commesse evidentemente troppo giovani e inesperte...

IL CONSIGLIO PER I VISITATORI FUTURI È DI PORTARE UN CONSULENTE BANCARIO E UN NOTAIO AL FINE DI ESEGUIRE LA TRANSAZIONE BANCARIA NEL MIGLIORE DEI MODI. COMODA LA POSSIBILITÀ DI ASPORTARE UN RENE DIRETTAMENTE IN LOCO PER ACQUISTARE UNO SMALTO.
IT'S A SHAME!!!!! RUDE SHOPS THAT DO NOT EVEN ENTER THE STORE IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO SPEND A LUCK !!!!! ADVICE FOR FUTURE VISITORS IS TO BRING A BANKING ADVISER AND A NOTARY IN ORDER TO PERFORM THE BANK TRANSACTION IN THE BEST WAY. COMFORTABLE THE POSSIBILITY OF REMOVING A KIDNEY DIRECTLY ON THE SPOT TO PURCHASE AN ENAMEL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scena Pretty Woman: entro settimana scorsa per prendere il mio rossetto preferito a ora di pranzo. 4 le commesse tutte prese dai loro pettegolezzi. Commento sprezzante sul rossetto da me chiesto che era "a saldo"... Vengo passata alla commessa di livello inferiore... Vado in cassa per pagare ma le 4 erano molto prese tra loro sulla tresca della collega... Dopo 10 minuti di attesa 10 nel negozio vuoto con le 4 oche, mollo il rossetto e saluto.
Ovvio neanche se ne accorgono...
Vergognoso che una catena così grande non sia attenta nella scelta e formazione del personale (leggo altre recensioni come la mia).
Pretty Woman Scene: Within last week to pick up my favorite lunchtime lipstick. 4 the orders all taken up by their gossip. Disdainful comment on the lipstick I asked that it was "on balance" ... I am passed to the lower-level saleswoman ... I go to the cashier to pay but the 4 were very busy with each other over the colleague's affair ... After 10 minutes of waiting 10 in the empty shop with the 4 geese, I soak my lipstick and say hello.
Obviously they don't even notice ...
Shameful that such a large chain is not careful in the selection and training of staff (I read other reviews like mine).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Sephora da anni per cui non discuto il brand ma purtroppo mi è capitato di acquistare in questo punto vendita e l'esperienza è stata negativa. Ordinato alcuni prodotti senza controllare cosa veniva inserito nel sacchetto. Mi sono fermata in un bar e nell'attesa ho guardato il contenuto del sacchetto, un prodotto non era conforme a quanto da me ordinato in quanto la tonalità non era quella richiesta. Sono ritornata nel negozio, non era trascorsa nemmeno un'ora dall'acquisto, mi sono rivolta alla stessa commessa con lo scontrino in mano. La risposta è stata che avrei dovuto fare un reso ma in ogni caso il prodotto da lei consegnatomi ha una tonalità che più si presta al mio colore. A parte il fatto che decido io la tonalità che voglio acquistare, non capisco la difficoltà nel cambiare un prodotto frutto di un errore non mio.
I have been a Sephora customer for years so I do not discuss the brand but unfortunately I happened to buy in this store and the experience was negative. Ordered some products without checking what went into the bag. I stopped in a bar and while I waited I looked at the contents of the bag, a product did not comply with what I ordered as the shade was not the one requested. I went back to the shop, not even an hour had passed since the purchase, I turned to the same saleswoman with the receipt in hand. The answer was that I should have made a return but in any case the product she delivered to me has a shade that best suits my color. Apart from the fact that I decide the shade I want to buy, I don't understand the difficulty in changing a product that is the result of a mistake not mine.

I had never bought but when you enter you cannot go out without something for the variety of products and brands to suit all budgets. My opinion is very positive. I'll be back
