β β β β β The service is the worst. The ponytail employees stares and screams to customers. The barista serves coffee almost like throwing it away. employees scream and avoid customers.

β β β β β A very historical pasticceria that serves great local sweets. Also, you can hangout there to have a cup of coffee or tea over snacks. If you want to try all the local sweets they have a single option that is a collections of sweets. I highly recommend to try mandorle biscuits and various types of panforte. They also have good local wines and the items here are perfect Tuscan souvenirs.

β β β β β Great cafe with good coffees. Didn't get to try the food but we enjoyed our lattes and cappuccinos. Service is easy with the ticket system. You order and pay first and take the order ticket to the bar for your coffees to be made. Then you can enjoy it at the bar, like an Italian! The place is spacious with good toilet facilities. If you need a toilet break, this is a good spot for it.

β β β β β Although it's often busy and overcrowded I just love to stop at Nannini for a cold drink, an espresso doppio and one of their marvellous 'Connoli Siciliani'. And it's a great place whenever you need a 'regalino' for friends - try the great 'torta fichi e noci'!

β β β β β Word of warning to coffee drinkers: baristas here do not pull true doppios β they βoverpullβ a single shot as opposed to drawing two shots which is effectively stiffing the customer. In a true doppio, one should look for the two eyes (see photo, not from Nannini), indicating two espresso shots.
