Abbiamo provato con tutta calma quello che ci interessava e ci sono stati dati ottimi consigli sui marchi di nostro interesse e devo dire che la scelta è veramente ampia. Ci è stato dedicato tutto il tempo necessario anche se siamo arrivati in prossimità della chiusura. Grazie, torneremo a trovarvi presto. Visto il livello dell’abito e il prezzo pagato decido di riportarlo in negozio per avere un giudizio sul fatto accaduto. Mi è stato risposto che non si poteva fare nessun reclamo alla ditta e forse lo poteva aggiustare una sarta.... Inoltre mi è stato detto di tornare in futuro perché in qualche modo mi potrebbero venire in contro su un eventuale acquisto... Non ho certamente chiesto i soldi indietro, ma una soluzione mi sarebbe piaciuta. Sono uscita molto delusa dal negozio per il trattamento ricevuto. I bought a splendid Parosh branded pure silk dress, after wearing it 5 or 6 times I noticed that the side and back seams are completely grainy. Given the level of the dress and the price paid, I decide to bring it back to the shop to have an opinion on what happened. I was told that no complaint could be made to the company and perhaps a seamstress could fix it .... Also I was told to come back in the future because somehow they could come up against me on a possible purchase ... I certainly didn't ask for my money back, but I would have liked a solution. I left the shop very disappointed with the treatment received.

Die Auswahl ist zwar nicht riesig, aber erfreulicher Weise ist ein bestimmtes Konzept erkennbar - hier wird klassische, zeitlose Mode und zuverlässige Qualität bevorzugt. Wer also überteuerte Jogginghose und schlecht geschnittene Oversize-Kleidungsstücke sucht, sollte lieber andere Shops aufsuchen. Very competent and friendly advice - here you are always greeted as the best customer without feeling the pressure that you absolutely have to buy something. The selection is not huge, but fortunately a certain concept is recognizable - classic, timeless fashion and reliable quality are preferred here. So if you are looking for overpriced sweatpants and badly cut oversize clothing, you should rather go to other shops.
