I had gone in a couple of days before to enquire about a massage, and was told that a one-hour massage would be €55. I arrived a few minutes early, and my massage started 10 minutes late. Firstly, the room was uncomfortably cold. The massage itself was too weak, even after I asked the masseuse to use more force. I told her about specific tension in my shoulders that I wanted to be focussed on - this was ignored. After 35 minutes, she said time was up, and left the room immediately. When I went out to the reception area and asked why we had stopped so early, I was told that in the pamphlet (which I hadn't been shown), it said 50 minutes. When I then asked why we'd started at ten past, and why I'd only had a 35 minute massage, she said she hadn't been paying attention to the time, and offered me a €5 discount. In the end, I paid €50 for a 35 minute, unprofessional back rub, when I had been sold an hour long massage. The comments and the reviews on google do not correspond to the actual experience. Either tourist treatment is different from italian treatment or the italians are satisfied with lack of professionalism and false advertising. Avoid this place.
